My first donut

My first donut

6 months of PE and I got my first donut last night :)

I don’t know if it is a good or bad thing. But it was different - and after six months different is kind of nice.

From:

Manual stretching
Jelqing
Pumping
Bends
Presses (most of my body weight)

30 minutes

I seen pics of donuts - Is this a good thing though?

I don’t understand what a donut is that like a glazed donut that you pick up at the bakery on the end of your penis? Hahahhahaha.


Current measure ment 8-2-06 EL- 5.5, EG- 5.25, BPEL-6 7/6, BPFSL-7.25

Short term goal EL- 6.0, EG-5.5

Long term goals EL- 7 to 7.5, EG- 5.5 to 6.0

Yeah. Donuts aren’t good. But they will go away. Just don’t make it a habit. You get them from too much pressure and/or too much time. Usually it means you cranked up too high on the pressure. Dial it back.
