My gains
Well, I finally measured after about 2 months of PE. Here’s the results:
Starting: BPEL 6.25
EG 4.75
Current: BPEL 6.5
EG 5
Pretty even gains, eh? .25 both ways! I’ve got a long way to go before I reach my goal of BPEL 8 and EG 6.5, but this definately gives me motivation. For those who are interested, here’s my routine:
Sock wrap 5 minutes
Manual stretches (40 second warm up followed by two minute hold for each):
Straight out
Left and Right
Up and Down
V Stretches (top, middle, base)
Inverted V’s (top, middle, base)
Hanging:
20 minutes with 5 #
Dry jelqs
200 reps, 3 seconds each
What do you veterans think? Should I modify this routine or continue with it. I’m mostly looking for length gains right now, and later I will move into more girth. Let’s here those opinions!
