How long should each bend last? How many do you do?

Well in part I am bumping my previous post. But also I have been thinking about o-bends and about how they work. I haven’t given them a fair try yet, so I don’t really know how it will effect me, but I believe I may have some luck. So far, I have had no gains in the girth department. I started off with a very hard dick. I’ve gained a fair amount of length very easily, and in the past month basically without even trying. I’ve tried many things for girth; high-erection jelqing, clamping, tunica tugs, etc. I get very little expansion and have gained nothing. I believe this is due to my tough tunica and rock hard erections. However, there is something different about Mr. Orange and his routine. Everything he did at high-erection levels did not work, but when switched to low erection levels he gained phenominally. Low-Erection Jelqs and low-erection bends gave way to remarkable results. Perhaps he too had a tough tunica and rock hard erections, so when he attacked his tunica at a low level erection his tunica was more pliable and easily expanded. I don’t know maybe someone has said this before, but this just kind of makes sense to me. I’m going to continue my aggressive clamping routine for now, but if after a month I find I have not gained I am going to start a routine of only low level jelqs and o-bends. Thoughts?

I tried all sort of hardcore stuff (minus clamping) and never got any gains… orange bends gave me my first gains, and may have recently given me more.

Why don’t you add orange bends into your routine now? They don’t take long. What I’m doing now is three orange bends per side of cock (base, middle and end), followed by a clamping session. So three bends on one side, clampe, three on next side, clamp, three on next side, clamp. I feel that the bends stretch the tunica in a certain way, then the clamping kind of helps that to stick.

I did also eventually get gains from clamping to, but this way REALLY hardcore clamping… like I really pushed it hard.

Im on session 4 right now of my new routine. 1 on 1 off O-bends and jelqs. So far like my entire PE journey, I have seen no girth gains. I’m going to wait until session 20/day 40 before altering my routine. However, Here is my question. Do O-Bends merely soften the tunica or actually expand it? Would it be better to do O-Bends with high erection or low erection jelqs? What about incorporating them into a clamping routine?

Ahh sorry for taking over this thread, but also in regard to the level of blood being pumped into the penis for the o-bend. Should it be to the point where the penis is so engorged with blood that it is almost hard and less flexible or should it be where it is completely flexible. Because the past 5 or so sessions I have been performing o-bends with the flaccid penis so engorged that it is almost hard, but is still not an erection. However, today after a good warm-up my penis did not go to that almost hard state. Although it was engorged with the maximum amount of blood it was still very soft and pliable. Can someone who has gained significantly from this exercise help me out? And sorry for any confusion, I can’t really explain myself well.

Hm i guess what I meant was. Is it better to do it at a 0-5% erection or a 10-20%

You basically have to experiment and see for yourself. See which one feels like more of a stretch.

I personally go like 30-40% erection level or else I don’t get much out of it.

Hey guys! I’ve been doin Orange bends for a while, like 5 times. And definitely can see good girth gains! This exercise is terrific! But i have few questions.

After bends i usually get some red spots, but today i did a very intense and hard workout. I did 300 jelqs at 90-100 % erection and after this O bends for like 12 minutes. And now i have a lot od small red spots and much more less noticeable. I used to consider it as a good sign,after workout a rest 2-3 days. So what you think? Having a really o lot of red spots Its a good sign or bad?

Redspots are okay, purple apparently is not.Which is what I have so need to tone things down alittle.

This was a long, exhausting but exciting read!
I will definitely include this clamp bend exercise to my routine sooner or later, being only a couple of weeks into PE I am still trying to figure out the best techniques for basics.
I start off very low with 5”5BPEL - 4” MSEG, reading threads as this really brings hope to my little junior.

If you really want to see some dramatic changes in girth do some of Wantmore’s fulcrums prior to your bends but they are brutal so be careful.
