I want to say that on my previous post I kinda messed things up. Hey vagabund, as long as you don’t make your dick ache I would say its all good. Just be careful not overdo it. I think overdoing things doesn’t give faster gains or I would be doing too. Just my view.

I do 10-20 minute sessions of these bends, once every other day. Each set is with some 20 reps up, down, left and right, and each set lasts for some 3-5 minutes. I do some 3 or 4 sets, and it sums up to 10-20 minutes depending on how fast I get hard and all that.

I gained like almost 1cm in BPEL and 0,25cm in girth I think. This is not an exact measure, it might have been more. Anyway, my dick has been growing faster than ever and the sessions are so easy and brief. I don’t even have to go to the bathroom, as they are dry. It looks very big, and I can notice the growth on naked eye when I go to the bathroom take a leak and such.

To me this is the holy grail of PE. Hail and long live MrOrange for his findings, lol.

Do you do O-bends alone or before/after jelqs, stretch or any other exercise? At the end of O-bends you get an erection? Because I’m thinking that maybe is better to fill the penis up with blood at the end of this exercise.. I read this thread now and I want to try this, because I’m concentrated on girth. Please give me your feedback

I have been doing the following:

O-bends every other day, for girth and whatever length it gives (I think its some, tough not as much as stretching);

V-stretches, daily, in the morning and at night, with some days off, for length.

I have gained girth and length with this. O-bends are the way to girth IMO. I get a lot larger, girth wise and some length wise. I do edging and then start doing the o-bends. But when I clamp the base of my dick, I bend it slowly, so that some blood will get out of it, slowly so that it stretches the tissue in the process, but without putting too much pressure on the erect (because the clamping makes it be hard as I bend it) penis.

If you bend or force your dick with it erect, you will probably get *serious injure*. I do it slowly, tenderly and carefully, and I let the blood escape as I start doing it. And , also,its not like I started o-bends yesterday, so I’m already used to it and stuff. I have been doing them for, like, over 2 months now. So take it easy at the start so that you don’t get any injuries, ok? It’s the exercise that I got the most dick exercise from. It’s a great principle, specially for girth.

And I get erections and usually jack off too :D . Though I think it would be better if I didn’t so that the hormones would be there to maybe enhance the tissue growth and healing the little bursts that eventually happen.

I don’t over do it when I’m bending, so my cock is still excited, instead of scared, and then I get hardons. The hardons are great, because then I can bend again and again. And I keep on masturbating in between bends and edging, so that I have good blood flow to refill the cock after each bend. Bends take about 20 seconds to a minute or so. I bend 2 times to the left, 2 times to the right, 2 upwards (to my belly’s direction) and 4 long times downwards. Downwards seems to give the greatest engorgement. Its not engraved on stone, I do what I feel is best, and I take it easy to avoid any injury, so that there’s focus of my body’s resources on tissue development rather than tissue healing. I keep on bending for some 30-40 minutes usually.

At the start they took a lot less, and had a stronger effect. Now that I have been doing this for a while, my dick got a lot stronger and more resistant, I mean really resistant. So I take more on each bend for it to expand, but without forcing it too much, with a lot of care. I know my dick and know when its too much. I don’t get so many red spots, only real small ones once in a while. Doing it slowly without too much power expands slowly, and so no vessels are ruptured, and no spots come up.

I abandoned jelqing with o-bends. Jelqing gave me great gains in the past, but for now I’m doing only the bends and my personal variation of v-stretches where I pull the dick outwards and with the free hand, I massage it’s top with pressure downwards, with the thumb or the spot between my thumb and pointing finger - like the V of the hand. I don’t push it too hard either, I only do a massage to stimulate the tendon. I do it in 5 different spots along the penis and stay on each spot for like 2 minutes. 10 or more minutes doing this, as it takes longer when I want to redo some or all spots.

I have gained like 0.2” in girth and 0.4” in length during this time. Something like that, but maybe more. I haven’t been measuring so much. I will in a while tough.

The thing I do is bend the dick with it clamped by one hand. I just don’t do it to forcefully because then it would cause injure. Do it in a way that it will become expanded and the veins will pop out. Do it slowly and, you know, get the hang of the maneuver.

How is an o bend different from a plumped bend?

I’ve read through this entire thread and belive this sounds promising. I’m still a newbee after restarting PE after a 2 year layoff so I’m taking it slow. Now to me it seems like this obends thing is a lot like a vstretch but that instead you are clamping off at the base and using kelgs to pump more blood in. Is this at all correct?

I’ve played with this technique lightly over the past 30 minutes and I can see the advantages. I’d also think that by how much you are pulling and stretching as opposed to just bending that perhaps it’s possible to get some length gains out of this as well.

When I PE’d two years ago I was doing almost alll v-stretches and then jelqing. I may try doing more stretching (i certainly want length gains) and then moving into these Obends to complete the workout. I’ll still do some Jelqs because I think with alll these PE techniques it’s good to push the blood around in different ways.

I’ll keep everyone posted. I’ve taken before pictures so that as gains happen they can be shown. Good luck to all.

I have a few questions about the o-bends. Heres what i do:

1. Get a full erection
2. Wait until it subsides to about 20-30%.
3. Grip the bottom of the shaft with my right hand.
5. Grip just below the glans with my left hand.
6.Use my left hand to bend my penis either to the right or to the left and hold for 30 seconds.

Am I doing them correctly? Also after the 30 seconds is up, my penis stays bent for a few seconds afterwards, is this normal?

I don’t know if this idea had been posted already, haven’t read the whole thread. Still, here it is:

O-bends seem to put large local stress on particular sides of tunica. It easens the tissue, and stretches it in various directions - that is how gains are made.
But still, I see that it mainly easens the tissue, not stretches it. Also, it’s quite intensive, and you may end up with a heavily conditioned dick.
So, In my belief, O-bends should be done with less overall stress, to prevent conditioning, and! The bend itself should be done along the whole length. Say, 3 bends to the left - one with most bend at base, one - at middle, one - near glans. Same with all other. And then, after the bend, stretch or hang for length, clamp for girth - tunica is already easened up, and these exercises, I believe, are actually more efficient at delivering stretch, either longitudinal for stretching, or circumferential in case of clamping.

Also, they may be used for reducing/inducing curve - one man on gratis forum does a somewhat similar exercise with only up bend at the base, and he’s got better erection angle - I believe due to that he has created a base- originating upward curve.

God, I joined this thread far too late, I’m going to add O-Bends to my routine right now, since sandsak slinkys doesn’t seem to do me any good.

When bending to the sides (left,right), are you grabbing the penis when it’s laying on its side? I mean is the upperside of the shaft directing towards the body or the ceiling? I hope you understand what I mean, I can’t give a more clear explanation in English…
