I haven’t been able to other than to use my thumb and a little finger to do the grip as close to the base as I can when working lower. With my little finger being smaller than my index finger, it makes for a smaller gripped area and more area left out to work.

Anyone have tips on how to do this if you have a curve? I curve left, so if I bend left I hardly feel anything, and if I bend right it is really tight.

I’ve been looking at these forums for a couple of years also.. On and off. I hadn’t stuck to a routine since I was about 19.. And I’m 25 now. Back then I reached 7 3/4 in length at one point from about 6 1/2.. And eventually stayed at 7 in length now. But it was always girth I needed. I have always been about 4 3/4.

Well tonight while I read into the first 8 pages I was trying this exercise.. It’s early but I think this will work. I can feel the pressure, I bent in 3 areas and at least after the 15 minute I did look bigger. So I will most definitely do this from now on instead of the random morning wood clampings.. Yes I AM A BELIEVER!
