My Growth Pattern
I’ve noticed that I get little if any length from jelqing - but a lot of girth. I’ve also noticed that my length gains came after intense bouts of stretching. Then, jelqing seemed to “fill it in.”
So, for me, growth is sort of a 2-step process:
(1) Stretch for length (with perhaps slight thinning of the shaft)
(2) Jelq to bring up the girth to where it was, plus some.
For me, it seems like I need to alternate my emphasis from traction to impaction.
Anybody else like that?
