My LOT is around 9:00, need some help

Since i finally found my lot, i need some advice in which exercises i should perform. I am currently dry jelqing(300 count), manual stretching(a stretches, 4 directions) and about 10 minutes of wet jelqs a day. I need to know if this routine will be sufficient or if i should add some new exercises.

As long as you’re stretching your dick for a good amount of time each day (20-30 mins), you’re bound to see some results in length.

Time and pressure is all it really takes.

With a LOT of 9:00, you should try hanging or stretching BTC or SD.

I’m assuming you want length since you mentioned LOT.

Hanging is the best if you want to hit the ligs ( base of the penis ).
Use an ADS if you want to stretch the tunica. I’m theorizing that all jelquing does for length is the amount of pounding the tunica and ligs get at the end of the strokes which should equal the amount of pounding obtained by a hanging session. That’s pretty tiring.

I would use jelquing for girth more than I would use it for hanging.
Save the strength in your hands for V-stretches and A-stretches.
