My perfect routine
I have finally,after 3 years of PE,found it.
What I came to realize is that everybody is different.Metabolism,body shape,penis shape….so what works for me may not work for you.
But here it is:I am on a 3 or 2 on days,1 day off.
I start my routine by lying for a few minutes in the bathtub,or use a shower with hot(but not too hot) water on my penis for 3 or 4 minutes.
Then I do 222 jelq strokes,with a few squeezes in between,and then lie in the bath or shower for some 6 or 7 minutes.The 222 number is simply because I like numbers which can be divided with 11,for a reason not exactly known to myself.
Then I strech:1 minute directly in front X 2
1 minute to each side
different variations of the A(the inverted V) strech,14 minutes,2 minutes hold
1 or 2 minutes of directly in front streches
***I use paper towles for a grip,works great.
I also sometimes do streches before jelqs,and I also do dry jelqs without warmup instead of wet ones,depending on my mood.And fowfers when i lie in bed.
But the point is I am careful not to overtrain,and I mix up my routine so my dick doesn`t get used to it.and I am not obsessed with PE anymore.Dedication is good and a must for gains,but obsession is a bitch.I am just more relaxed about myself.
And I don`t measure with a ruler that often.My dick just feels bigger,and I compare it to a paper towles roll from time to time.I started at 6.5 nbpel with 4.5 girth.I am now 7.2 nbpel with 5.0 girth.
