My perfect routine

My perfect routine

I have finally,after 3 years of PE,found it.

What I came to realize is that everybody is different.Metabolism,body shape,penis shape….so what works for me may not work for you.

But here it is:I am on a 3 or 2 on days,1 day off.

I start my routine by lying for a few minutes in the bathtub,or use a shower with hot(but not too hot) water on my penis for 3 or 4 minutes.

Then I do 222 jelq strokes,with a few squeezes in between,and then lie in the bath or shower for some 6 or 7 minutes.The 222 number is simply because I like numbers which can be divided with 11,for a reason not exactly known to myself.

Then I strech:1 minute directly in front X 2

1 minute to each side

different variations of the A(the inverted V) strech,14 minutes,2 minutes hold

1 or 2 minutes of directly in front streches

***I use paper towles for a grip,works great.

I also sometimes do streches before jelqs,and I also do dry jelqs without warmup instead of wet ones,depending on my mood.And fowfers when i lie in bed.

But the point is I am careful not to overtrain,and I mix up my routine so my dick doesn`t get used to it.and I am not obsessed with PE anymore.Dedication is good and a must for gains,but obsession is a bitch.I am just more relaxed about myself.

And I don`t measure with a ruler that often.My dick just feels bigger,and I compare it to a paper towles roll from time to time.I started at 6.5 nbpel with 4.5 girth.I am now 7.2 nbpel with 5.0 girth.

I hope this thread is helpful to somebody,because I have gained loads of great advice here so I want to give back some.

Looks like a lot of Croatians have this deviation ;) . The greatest Croatian in my opinion, Nikola Tesla, has the same problem. He only uses 3 instead of 11.

Until I realized that 222 is not evenly divided by 11, and I scratched my head. Huh?

Try 220, or 231 you crazy freak (where “crazy freak” is used as a term of endearment - I have no reason to think less of you just because you are a weirdo…um, when I say “weirdo” I mean that in the nicest possible way. Seriously.)

Yeah,I know that 222 is not dividable with 11,but it is 2 X 111,which is also not dividable with 11 but ends with it.

And,yeah,I know it`s weird,but I just click that way.

But I do it because it keeps me more positevly engaged.Let me explain:

I will do 55 jelq strokes,for instance,and then 3 squeezes,just because a usual measure is a round number,say 100,and half of that is 50.I do 5 more than a normal half,and I tell myself that I make a bit more effort,which will make for unuasally more gains.

I THINK THAT A GREAT DEAL OF PE IS MENTAL,SO IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KEEP A GOOD ATTITUDE.

So it took you three years to gain .7 in length and .5 in girth?

Yeah,3 years,because I started when I found some info on the net.But two thirds of my gains came in the last half year,when I collected valuable info here on Thunder`s.And I couldn`t PE for some two months because of a frenulum injury.Those 2 months were a hell,seeing your gains slowly fade…

But I am totally positive about my success now,and I feel that I will be gaining more and more with time.

So what type of metabolism do you have example height, weight, energy burn rate (as in how much do you need to eat in a day and how fast you process that energy). I believe that metabolism play a significant role in gains in relevance to people’s routines

I only use numbers that’s evenly divided by 1, it’s much more flexible :)
