My routine..
I have been taking one month of (only doing about 20 min jelqing a day), but next week I will start doing my full routine again which is: 3-4 hrs of ADS, and then 20 min jelqing and 10 min of clamping, followed by 5 mins more of jelqing in the evenings, 6 days a week.
Is this a good routine or is it to much? Should I stop doing jelqing and clamping the same day and do like 3x10 minutes of clamping and no jelqing 3 days, and then 30 mins of jelqing but no clamping 3 days?
