need help with squeeze routine

Guy’s been using power jelq device for 3 months now and gained like 1/8 inch in girth, and no increase in length. Could someone tell me how to do a regular squeeze routine with my hands. And does the squeeze routines increase length.

You will get better length gains from manual jelqing than from squeezes. Look at some of the routines posted here, and adapt them to suit you.

Also remeber that gains do not come overnight, and others have gone longer than 3 months before finally seeing some progress.
