Neoprene sleeves

That’s quite the system, the ultimate ADS. That photo is incredibly helpful thank you. When you have the whole Namba in place, does it stand upright on its own?

Today I sewed up an additional layer for the base, like the third sleeve in the photo. A simple cock-ring like piece. I got erect, and put the first full sleeve on. The second base ring went on easy, and it did help, improving the clamp effect while I was erect. But a couple minutes later as the erection faded, the whole thing slid over the glans just like you guys are talking about. This is a step in the right direction though. Next I’m going to make another base ring. I just want to get any clamp effect going, and proceed from there. One or two more base rings should do it. Then I’ll probably redesign the first sleeve.

I’ve got a long way to go, probably dozens more designs, but I’m excited now, this is going to work eventually

Sort of, Dude. Certainly keeps me more erect. Also much, much easier to to get seriously erect, an then it’s definitely pointed straight up, and I can hardly make it point any other way. For several years now I’ve been able to keep an erection for several hours at a time while wearing it. Inside it, with some small amount of stimulation I will easily become as erect as possible, like being in a pump under vacuum. I have at times kept a very hard erection inside my Namba for more than 8 hours. Edging the whole time. Kegaling, bending, etc. Much of the time, however, I have to wear it curled down snug in some tighty-whities, with loose pant’s over it, maybe a long shirt and a fanny pack to add more concealment. The curl proves to be a pretty good stretch. Gets uncomfy after a few hours, and I’ll have to curl it off to the sides, or down the leg, or tuck it up under the waist band, whatever.
Anyway, it will work Dude.

It works.

I kept adding more base rings, and got a basic clamp effect once I had 4 layers going. I made a 5th layer by folding the first sleeve down over the base rings, then left it on for a few hours. It was tight enough that I couldn’t take a piss, but I still had good circulation and it maintained a plump semi the whole time.

This thing causes quite the bulge. I was laughing like a damn fool as I walked out my door to go for a walk. The wrapped base girth was about 6.5. I tried wearing it upward like a Namba, but lost some of the effect, so had to wear it to the side. Probably just have to spread the pressure over more of the shaft.

Good day of PE!

Excellent! After some time your organ will adapt, and you will be able to where it up with no problem. You will find you will be able to wear it longer this way, and it will promote vitality.

One other thing BD, your inability to piss while wrapped can probably be remedied by pressurizing your bladder. This is accomplished by constricting your abdominal muscles in that region. Takes a little practice, but you will find it is good for you. And you may notice that you can piss great distances. Fun for everyone.

I had a better experience with my sleeve today. After my session (that ended with a. Few minutes of clamping, I put in the sleeve, as close to the base as possible. The engorgement from the session and the clamping gave me a big chubby flaccid. The sleeve stayed in place and helped to maintain the engorged state. I wore the sleeve for about 2 hours before taking it off. No slippage. The inside of the neoprene is very grippy. I put on the sleeve by first turning it inside out then flipping it

Here’s my updated series of sleeves. As you can see they’re still quite rudimentary, mostly just straight cylinders. They’re serving their purpose though - providing multiple layers.

Each layer increases the clamp effect very slightly. And when I actually clamp over all the layers, I get a very intense clamp, extreme hardness and inflation.

Gathering more base with each layer. This is difficult to describe until you see it for yourself. But each additional layer gets further down the base just as swaffel said. When I have all the layers on, it’s as if I were pressing the clamp full force into my base, but I’m not, the Namba is doing it all on its own.

You can see my one trapezoidal cylinder. That is mostly a bust. The extended ends of that sleeve don’t really do anything, i.e. there is no tension around the shaft at those extended zones. So I’ve got some tinkering to do.

My design is still very base-centric, since all I wanted to do at this stage was get enough layers around the base to get a clamp effect. And I did so. However, I’ve got some naked shaft on the upper end. And that exposed section quickly accumulates fluid buildup and limits how long I can wear the ADS.

So the next stage for me is going to be figuring out the ideal shape for the base sleeves so that I can get tension on the ventral side even when its extending down further than the dorsal side (otherwise the dorsal side will fold on itself). And the other project is designing a form fitting upper shaft sleeve that will limit fluid buildup. The longer a sleeve is, the harder it is to design and sew up well, so it’s no easy task.

It would be amazing to see how you guys put yours in layer by layer.

The small ones I just stretch and slide them down. For longer sleeves there’s more surface area friction, so I roll it on exactly how you mentioned: turning a little bit inside out, sliding it over the glans, and then unrolling the rest. Every time I put it on is an experiment in terms of how to arrange the layers for the best effects.

Can newbies use the sleeves after a Workout? I was eyeballing this

Seems harmless but not sure what you guys think for newbies .

Be mindful of fluid build-up and circulation and it should be fine. There’s another thread called “silicone sleeves - make your own” where I’m sure you could learn to make that same piece of equipment for a lot less than 20 bucks.

Pre stretching the sleeves.

Some observations:

The neoprene stretches out over time, particularly if it’s an outer layer that’s getting stretched to a larger circumference. So while a sleeve may fit well right when you make it, it’s not as constrictive after it’s gotten some use.

So you can make a tighter sleeve, and pre-stretch it out a bit with your hands in order to get it on the first time. That way when it stretches out, it will still be a good working size.

I first started making sleeves around 4.25” to 4.5” circumference. Now I’m down to 3.75” and I like it, and plan to test out 3.5” and 3.25” for the upper shaft.

Before 5.5" x 4.1" ///////// Now 7.4" x 4.9"

It’s a great way to ADS once you get it working.

Right now I’m using one ring at the base, then a HTW + cock coil over that to get a mild clamp effect, then a few extra rings on the upper shaft to put some pressure right up to the corona of the glans.

The bulge is absurd.

Hi BeardedDragon, re sewing up the neoprene; beer coolers made of that neoprene stuff are glued together down the edge. All you need is some of that glue, then cut to the correct size and glue it. Should be a quick and accurate way to make lots of sizes.
