Hmmm… I think I’ve tried what you’re saying basically with some other materials and never got very far with it. I think it has potential but I could never get it to work.

Depends on angles. It’s worth playing about with; it may or may not feel like a good exercise for you, but it’s always useful having alternatives in your armoury of exercises, if only to fall back on when you get bored of other exercises. That’s how I use it. :)

Well I’ve used a cockring as a tool for fulcrum stretching and quite liked it, and those look like they would do the same job.

Ah ok. Well I could never get these to work. I actually felt a really good stretch when I did what you were describing, and pulled my cock under my ass and sat on it, lol. That seems to be the best direction to stretch it in. But ya even though it felt good I didn’t get too much increase in girth from it.

Anyway, I know there’s potential here. I’ll keep experimenting.

I support O-Bends. They always gave me a much better fatigue than clamping, pumping, jelq, etc.

As far as improving on them, I think they are pretty damn efficient already. I mean, you really have to be careful with them. More than once I have ended up with little black dots on my wang because I pushed the O-bends too far.

I’m not trying to improve them, just make them more intense. Anyway I’ve been doing them as intensely as possible and trying just to focus on one area to stretch it as much as possible.

No diagram, but they’re not too hard. Just be flaccid and bend and you should feel a stretch. Fool around with it a bit until you feel something.

My understanding of how to perform an O-bend is by clamping one hand at the base, one hand at the head, and instead of only pushing your hands together to cause an increase in pressure, you bend so that the pressure is focused on one side of the penis.

Imagine squeezing a ketchup packet. If you just push the two ends together the pressure is spread pretty much everywhere in the packet and if burst there is no telling where it would let go. Now, if instead you bend the package while squeezing the ends in. If it bursts, the side that is being stretched will burst. We do not want to burst the penis of course, but to me, this is the point of the bend, to focus all the pressure on one area instead of the pressure being spread all around the penis.

This is my understanding of O-bends and to me it sounds fundamentally different than what is being described here in this thread.

That’s not to say either exercise does or doesn’t work, but maybe the reason they were not effective or intense for you is because you were doing something (I don’t want to say wrong) different? :)

To explain again, lol… they weren’t not effective for me. I used them and gained with them. However now I’ve plateaued with just about every exercise out there and am trying them again (haven’t for a couple years now), but want something a little more intense. Maybe they’ll just work as they are… not sure yet.

And yes that’s a good explanation on trying to localize the pressure.
