New measurement - True length

Hi guys,
I was thinking the other day that if your unit is curved, you still measure with a straight ruler. Wouldn’t the propper length be measured with something that could follow the curve then straighten out?

E.g. A 4.ft pole bent into a curve would still be a 4.ft pole.

My unit curves up. Measured with a normal ruler I am 6” BPEL. If I measure along the curve I go up to just under 7” PBEL.

Using this idea, wouldn’t it also mean that a curved penis would have a greater volume than a straight one (measured with a straight ruler).

Any thought on this topic?

Gained 1 inch length finally! the first big step in my PE time :D

Now: Erect Girth 5.00" - BP Erect Length 6.00"

Start: Erect Girth 4.90" - BP Erect Length 5.00" ---- Thats an increased volume of 2.384 cubic inches!!!

Its kinda like using a measuring tape compared to a hard ruler. A measuring tape tends to run along the natural shape of the penis where as a hard ruler is just straight out. I have found Im slightly larger, maybe a 1/4” using a measuring tape compared to a hard ruler.

So isnt this the propper length? (Measured with tape?)

Well I guess that would depend on who youre asking. The tape measure actually runs right along your penis, down the shaft, over the glans, etc… So is that your actual size, sure but I would like to measure 8” NBP with a hard ruler so my “actual” cock is slightly larger. Again I measure about 1/4” longer with a measuring tape than hard ruler. Im right at 7” NBP with a hard ruler, I even have pics to show the difference from the 2 rulers.

grOx,
Mine curves slightly left and up. Since I am looking for gains I make sure that I am measuring the same way each time. I do not include the bends in my records because it seems that my bends vary (probably erection quality… which is making me consider clamped measurements) . The length difference matters during intercourse. When you think of it, 1/16 th of an inch makes a big difference if your partners cervix or “end” is just that far away from the tip of your glans. Recently I have been hitting these new areas and my wife and I are both noting it.

I’ve often wondered if “length” varies by erection angle. Example. My penis with an slight upward curve with an erection angle of almost straight up would measure differently (shorter) than a penis with a downward curve and erect angle almost straight down. Measure across the top on me, and you get a much shorter penis than the downward curve and downward erection angle, yet we may have the same usable penis length.

I know we measure straight out across the top, but my “usable” penis would be much different if I measured along the bottom, just as a very low erection angle would measure different if measured along the top.

If I must measure across the top, then a lower erection angle should measure along the bottom to get the same usable penis.

I have a very slight left & upward curve but I don’t consider this when measuring. My standard measurement is a SO (erect angle of 90 degrees/9 o’clock) BPEL measurement while standing up straight and I use a hard ruler.

Sometimes I get a piece of string and run along the center of the shaft from the base to the top, but this can get tricky if you are working with two curves. Doing this also includes the curve on your glans though, maybe you would get a better result if you measure like this up to where the glans begins and then measure the glans length with a hard ruler and just add the two numbers.

If both penises has the same girth measurements and hard ruler length measurements, for example, yes.

Is there really a point to measuring the curved length? If it sticks out 6 inches from your body, then you can insert it 6 inches into a females vagina. It doesn’t make sense to me when people measure along the curve, or bone pressed. If it’s not useable, it’s good for nothing but your ego.

Ahh lol thats not what I needed to hear! When I measure with a ruler I straighten my penis out by bending it to make it straight to measure it. If i didnt do that I would be less, great now I am going to have to push even further to set my mind straight!

I guess the point is that the curve might affect measurements and confuse you. For example, say you have a very curved dick and you only use a hard ruler and don’t know the “actual” EL of your dick (the string/tape-measure measurement). Lets say you gain some EL. Not knowing the “actual” length you had before, how can you be sure that the gains is actual gains (increase in volume), maybe all you’ve done is straighten the penis out a bit so it seems like it’s longer than before on a hard ruler.

Basically, curve fluctuations will affect the hard ruler measurements and the differences in measurements cause by these fluctuations is not real gains. I hope you understand what I’m trying to get across.

So that would be the point of doing an “proper” measurement and consider your curve.

About your example, if that same dick is curved instead and it is still 6 inches on a hard ruler then the mass would be greater, so it would be better if size is an issue. But I understand what you mean.

It’s pretty much the same idea with BPEL measurements, but it give you the “actual” measurements even when you have fat pad fluctuations.

So no, it doesn’t have to be for the ego!

Another reason why I was interested in measuring along the curve is because I was under the impression that the vaginal passage was actually slightly curved upward. So by having a penis that curves up, you would actually be able to get deeper in the vagina than, say, a straight penis.

Am I correct to think that the passage does slightly curve up (towards the G spot).

Basically my length as it stands is 6”, but if I measure with curve (directly in the center of my penis (at a side angle) all the way from my pubic bone to the head) I am 7”. So do I have 6” or 7” of penetration?

It sounds to me like it’s 6 in one hand and half a dozen in the other. It’s the same size, just a different measurement. So yes, depending on which measurement you use, you’ll calculate 2 different volumes. But honestly - and I mean no offense by this - but to me, this is a “who cares?” topic, though - don’t you think?

"It will never rain roses: when we want to have more roses we must plant more trees." - George Eliot

"Do not be too timid and squeamish about your actions. All life is an experiment." - Ralph Waldo Emerson

I care - I also have a upward and then to the right curvature. I measure using a tape and always measure from the same point that way I can get consistent measurements.

Agree, the vagina does also have a slight upward curve.

I have measured a couple of times along the bottom of my penis. That being from where the penis meets you ball sack to the end of your penis. ( using a tape measure). Interesting results with a upward curve and you start thinking about the old saying ” ball deep”.

So I think this method of measuring should only be used when calculating an accurate volume measurement. Correct?

Yeah I have the same thing. I gain about 0.25” when I measure with the curve. I think it’s legitimate to do so, because at the end of the day what fills a girl is volume, and to calculate what kind of volume you’re packing… you need to measure the curve too.
