New to Clamping
So, I’ve been doing solid PE for over a year now and gained almost an inch in length and .2 inches in girth.
Today I bought a cable clamp, I haven’t yet tried it.
My main problem is that, I still want to gain length. So if I come up with a routine, something like this.
13 minutes wet jelqing
10 mins x 2 of clamping ( These exercises everyother day)
Then continue using my extender for 8+ hr a day, will I still gain lenght as I gain girth?
