I’m planning to lose roughly 25-30 lbs. of fat by this summer. I know how to do it. Lift weights regularly, cut out the junk food, keep protein and EFA’s high, eat slightly fewer calories than I burn, and it works. No guessing - it always works. The challenge is in sticking with the program over the long haul, which is where I have often failed. :(
The 3x per week full-body HST schedule I have begun and intend to keep doing seems beneficial so far. It should be easier to stay on track with a pre-determined lifting routine where the exercises, weights, reps and workout days are pre-planned.
PE, OTOH, is a different story. Progress isn’t so predictable, but I have no problem doing the workouts. I think I know enough now how my penis responds that if I put in the effort this year I can gain 1/2” BPEL by 2005. I’d be happy with that.
