New Year's Resolution PE (for 2004)

I hereby resolve to gain 3/4” length and 1/2” girth in 2004.

I’ll get a new PE calendar and plot each weeks goal of exercises and activities and keep track of the progress.

Also resolve to loose 25lbs and get into fit condition.

ANYONE HERE DOING A RESOLUTION LIKE THIS _ CHIME IN. Lets get group support for PE in 2004!!!!!!!!!!!

I resolve to add 1” in length and 1/2 ” in girth. No ifs, no buts.
And while we’re at it, lose 7kg (about 15 lbs).
Then lets see if the wife can resist me!!

I’m with you Sand, I am working for 1 inch length and .75 girth increase in 2004 and I’m not sure how much in weight but enough to lose the gut! That may be 15lbs. Off to the gym right now so that when the new year hits I will be in full swing.

My new year’s resolution is to be 7x5.25. Thats the goal now I just need to get to work

I’m gonna go for 8.5 by the end of 2004, and push my girth up to at least 6”.

PE:
- I want to gain some lenght, because girth seems to come anyway. I don’t want to set a target, but taking baby steps. Would like to be 7” NBP though, which is my BP length at the moment.

Others:
- I want to lose at least 30 pounds (>13.5kgs) to get me under 176 lbs.
- I want to run a half marathon, if my back can carry on with me - even whole marathon.
- Get close to graduation in school ie. just gotta get there to show my face on a daily basis and read a little.
- Stay sane.

I’m planning to lose roughly 25-30 lbs. of fat by this summer. I know how to do it. Lift weights regularly, cut out the junk food, keep protein and EFA’s high, eat slightly fewer calories than I burn, and it works. No guessing - it always works. The challenge is in sticking with the program over the long haul, which is where I have often failed. :(

The 3x per week full-body HST schedule I have begun and intend to keep doing seems beneficial so far. It should be easier to stay on track with a pre-determined lifting routine where the exercises, weights, reps and workout days are pre-planned.

PE, OTOH, is a different story. Progress isn’t so predictable, but I have no problem doing the workouts. I think I know enough now how my penis responds that if I put in the effort this year I can gain 1/2” BPEL by 2005. I’d be happy with that.

I’m moving into an apartment this semester so I’ll have lots of time to do PE. So I’m going to go for 1” BPEL and maybe 1/2” girth. And I’m going to start working out so I can get back in shape. But I’m skinny so I probably need to gain some weight.

I’m up for it, I had a rubbish 2003, do i’m going to make 2004 a bit special.

Thing’s to do:-

Get up to 9” in length/ 6” in girth
Regain my 6 pac and improve my cardiovascular fitness.

Most of you guys here plan to achieve size goals in 2004 which I wish the best in. But i’m going to throw a change-up in and my goal is going to be to do more PC flexes. I always forget them throughout the day lol. I feel my exercise sessions are just fine but I can definately add some more PC flexes into my day. :) Good luck in 2004.

I want .5x.5 which will bring me to 8.3bpx5.87

Actually make that .75 inches for added length. I am on a strategic break until Feb. I don’t know what I will measure by then.

Looking to be a kiwi.

I’ll work hard in 2004 to get 0.5” of girth, which will bring me to 6”.
Lengthwise I’ll also aim for 0.5” increase, which will take me past 9” BPEL.
Girth- gains is my main goal.

Else I’ll keep fit, a healthy mind in a healthy body. I sometimes cross the line between passion for PE and obsession, which isn’t that good. Life IS more than PE. I think I’d relax more if I saw some initial girth gains.
