Hey guys,
Over the past 8 months or so of working out my dick, I’ve managed to gain about a quarter of an inch and zero girth. Only one particular thing really made me jump even that quarter inch… it all kind of happened at once when I was doing a variation of mem’s routine. I’ve increasingly replaced length exercises with girth so my current routine is exclusively for girth because I am about 7x4.5 BP right now. I haven’t seen shit for gains.

Can anyone have a look at this and give me some feedback?
Routine (2 on 1 off):

warm up 5-10 min
120 wet jelqs
3x 30 second O-bends (base/lower shaft/upper shaft, bend up and bend down = 18 reps total)
10x horse440s
warm down 5/10 min

The horses I’ve only added in the past few weeks but they are the first exercise I can really feel the pressure (I also see signs of possible discoloration as well though). I also eased off and went for a lighter routine after I felt what was possibly nerve damage a few months ago… a tingling sensation but nothing more. In an unrelated move, I took last week off as a minor reset button/decon but my gains have slightly dwindled. I am going for a 7.5x5.5 so please help!

Unusual. How long do you take on each jelq stroke? Maybe increase the amount of jelqs you do, also you may look into clamping it’s great for girth gains. Although don’t take it up right now if you have had a possible injury.

The possible injury was a while ago and due to my much heavier PE routine, although the heavier routine got me to gain that quarter inch in length. I’ve thought about clamping… but the discoloration part scares me. I shoot for 5 seconds per stroke but it’s probably more like 3-4.

Anyone??

Clamp. You won’t care about discoloration once you see a bigger dick. The discoloration isn’t even that bad. Discoloration fades with time anyways. It’s not a big deal.

I’m still a newbie so I won’t have a great deal of advice to offer you but perhaps you should ease yourself into a heavier routine, say add 20+ more jelqs each week and throw some manual stretches into there. I’ve been on the newbie routine for over 3 months now and I’ve gained a lot due to my more gradual approach. And yes 5 seconds per stroke will most likely have a greater effect on your penis, but keep the pressure to low to moderate with a 70 - 80% erection level. You may also want to increase the frequency of your sessions, maybe a 3 on/1 off routine.

Read Chrono’s log. He mentions of someone doing a girth routine that was 1 on/2 off (I think). I also recall something of 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, but I’m not sure.

Personally, for girth, I would definitely include some edging/ballooning. Whether they produce gains directly, I’m not sure…but what I can tell you is that refreshing your penis with new, oxygenated blood, especially when doing girth exercises, is key for recovery and essentially growth.

1 on and 2 off is a good schedule. When doing girth work I warm up for at least 15 minutes possibly longer sometimes a entire hour just to warm up. Fowfers are good way to warm up and get a stretch at the same time.
Also for girth your erection level needs to be above 70%. Don’t do this for “orange bends” however this may cause damage if you do orange bends with an erection level higher than 50%.
If your injured your dick won’t respond to PE especially girth work. You may need some decon for a few weeks.
Also this sounds like an oxy moron but even for girth work keep the grip lite. This does not apply to Uli’s and squeezes, but still if your glans turn white or blue, purple and go cold your squeezing that pecker to tight. What you want ids the higher erection level and uli’ out like the instructions say to do. There are a lot of Uli variation in Remeks book that are awesome.

Supra Slammers are good for both girth and length. Keep in mind newbies should not do advanced routines until they have done the Newbie routine for several months.
In my opinion girth work should be only two days per week.

Since I start PE some years ago, I have been trying to gain girth. I can gain length with ease, but nothing in girth. I have been doing the o bends and at first they didn’t seem to do anything for me, then I started doing them with a cock ring on. I’m starting to actually see some results now (as far as an after workout pump is concern).

The jelq, horses, and a few other girth things I’ve tried do not seem to work for me. I’m hoping the o bends while wearing a cock ring does something.

Did you ever complete the Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine ?

At a jelq level of 120 repetitions, you are far from what the Newbie Routine recommends by the time you complete it. It suggests that you work up to 30 minutes jelqing, which at three seconds a stroke, is 20 a minute, or 600 over 30 minutes.

It looks like you have some upside potential for increasing your number of jelqs, if 120 is the most you have done as part of your routine. Watch your EQs and PIs, of course, when increasing the number of jelqs, and do not increase the number per session too rapidly.

Thanks for the comments guys. Lampwick, I started PE using a different site, although their newbie program was very similar. I actually ended up gaining some girth from that, but after a few months I gave myself a “size doesn’t matter” sermon and quit for 8 months, losing most of it. Then I started up again and got my length back and some more, but not really the girth. I apparently started at 5.75x4.25 (I had a poor way of measuring EG) and I am currently hovering around 7x4.6, with my best being 7.125x4.7.

But yeah, I guess I was completely unaware that the newbie program recommends jelqing up to 600 times. Maybe I’ll just up that and abandon all of these other advanced exercises!

Does anyone have anything in particular to say about my current routine mentioned in the first post?

I’m pretty much in the same situation as you are 4thewind, although I’ve gained 2 inches in length, my girth has barley changed at all. My stats are the same as yours at the moment and have been there for a while. Does it feel as if you are making gains now then, because I never seem to find that I gain anything despite doing hundreds of jelqs and pumping.

I feel your pain man… I haven’t felt like the gains have been coming. Back when I first began my girth and got up to about 4.75 I could look in the mirror and almost laugh out loud because my dick was OBVIOUSLY bigger. I think girth gains are much more noticeable, but I haven’t gotten back into the swing of gaining. I’m thinking about hitting length again for a bit and coming back to this…

It is harder to gain girth sometimes I can get up 6” and fall back to 5.7”, Unlike length girth seems to be something you have to work on periodically and fluctuated more than length. I keep mine in the range by doing erect kegels and Supra slammers.

Let us know how it works out for you. Advanced exercises, routine and equipment have their place, but generally after you’ve exhausted your gains from the basics.
