StiffBatter, sounds like me, except my length gains were somewhat slower. My girth is horribly slow. You can check out my progress thread (see my signature) for things I tried and problems along the way. Right now I’m using an IR lamp, but it’s too early to say if it helps.
I looked throught the PE database and extracted info for some 30 people who eventually gained 0.4” in girth or more. I listed how many months it took them to get to 0.4”. As you can see below (first column) the median for people who actually do get there without giving up is 4-5 months. This is of course skewed, and should really be higher, since it excludes people who gave up or never made it. But notice that some people, including veteran avocet8, took a lot longer to get there! I must also say that I’m a bit suspicious of people who make it there in one or two months — not that I think they are frauds, but did the measure correctly when first starting out? 0.4” means adding some 20% in volume… in a month or two?
