No LOT
After reading some LOT-theory I checked to see what my LOT was, but the pullback never stops. it goes into the body when I kegel, no matter what direction I hold it at. Is this bad?

Bib’s Lot theory is what it says, a “theory”. It has not been proven. It probably is not too big of a deal.

Well said LDS8, I wouldn’t worry too much on the LOT theory. Just make sure you stick to the Newbie Routine and don’t move ahead too fast.

What you found is according to LOT theory oyu have an extremely high LOT.
According to the LOT theory you have alot of ligiment based gains.
