I am pretty new at PE and I just wanted to let everyone know about my results. Because I know how some people think rest days are good and some think they are not needed. These are just my results. After exactly 1 month of stretching and jelqing alone everyday I have gained a half inch in length.

And I also have been watching my vitamin C intake and I usually have around 100% DV of it. So i dont think it really effects gains. So for me i am going to stick to PE everyday. But thats just me. I hope this helps someone.

Do you dry or wet jelq and at what percent erection?

Starting: 5 BPEL x 4.5 EG on 4/19/03

Latest: 6 BPEL x 5 EG on 2/17/04

Goal: 7 BPEL x 6 EG

Dry jelq at around 50%. I dont wet jelq.

How fast can you repair penis tissue?

You see right there, this is where giving advice gets hard…in my opinion I do PE 3 times a week, but when I do it I give it my all and bust a nut on it hardcore…but then I rest for two days while apply vitamin K bruise cream to help recovery. I want to give my cells to that point where they are actually grown and full but new and able to be rebroken.

I think there are many people who pe everyday hardcore and get no results at all, they are basically over working and they are doing nothing but breaking their dick, but there dick is in a state of temporary cell injury and if they never give it a break they are simply wasting time. I think some newbies who PE everyday get results becuase 1. They are new and their penis tissue is being broken for the first time which will of course show results whether you PE 3 times a week or 7. After you already broke your tissue and got that first .5 inch then things are mighty different. Plus the newbie routines are usually less taxing on the penis as a whole.

I won’t PE everyday, unless you are a genetic freak and have gotten results from tugging on your dick without any breaks then that is good for you, but the majority of people can probably gain faster by not PE’ing everyday and giving good amounts of rest time to break that penis tissue in like it was then it was a virgin and untugged tissue.

O ya I almost forget everytime I do a dry jelq I kegel in as much blood as I can, then encircle, and jelq. I do that for every single stroke.

Is it an opinion of some that vitamin C effects gains?

jm, vitamin C is important for healing tissues.

Some bodybuilders take massive amounts of vitamin C, and it is thought that doing this will make the tissues heal too quickly in their original state, thus not allowing the gradual buildup of size.

Oops, I take in copious amounts of vitamin c through oranges, orange juice, and supplements. So you are saying this could be affecting my gains?

Its a theory.
