Rest Day Paranoia
I just read Newbie’s entire thread and something comes to mind…
Are any of you like me in that you’re almost “afraid” to take a day off from PE? I get antsy if I don’t jelq every day and I only take off on weekends. Anyone else suffer from this?
Just how long does a dick really take to fully recover? A day? Two days? A week? I jelq for an average of a half hour 5 days in a row each week. Sometimes I’ll go for much longer. Ten minutes doesn’t seem like enough time to permenantly expand the tissue of the penis. Ten minutes is like a warm up to me… I always lose track of the time while jelqing… I’ll look up at the clock and be like, “Oh shit! It’s been almost an hour?!”
I feel like if I take a day off I’m losing precious time that I could be using to get bigger. And no, I wouldn’t do bench presses every day and expect my chest to just keep growing, but the dick isn’t a muscle, so now what?
I’ve gotten results doing things my way, but I can’t help but think I could be gaining more if I rested more. Maybe I’ll try it out for a month. This past month I’ve been training pretty heavily… maybe for a few weeks I’ll try that day on day off schedule and see how it works… but you see, that’s the schedule I had when I first started and I found that by kicking it up a little, that’s when I noticed my gains…. now I’m confused. Ugh.
