Well i have been jelqing and stretching for about three months now and have had no results in any way. I have read and read thinking i wasnt doing it right but i am. What should i do? I really just want more length as im only at 5.75 right now.

What kind of routine are you on?

I do the usual warm-up for about 5 minutes, then i stretch for 10, jelq for 30 stretch again for ten then jelq for another 30 and warm-down.

What kind of stretches do you do?

I want to point out in this stage that a lot of people don’t start to gain before 3+ months, as it was with me. After that I gained fairly fast a period of time.

I grab the head of the penis and pull in all different difections.

I believe in the stretches. But you need to be consistent and the better stretches are the V-stretches, or Johan stretches I think they are called, where you put pressure on the mid-section of the penis while pulling, creating a “V”. Your dick will undergo more stretch this way than just simply pulling the head from the body. Do a search for the V-stretch. It sure as hell helped me out.

It took me a good 3 months or more before I could see any confirmable gains. Most of this time was spent experimenting and trying to find a routine that I could work with on a daily basis and that made sense.

So I was probably not doing any meaningful exercising for the entire 3 months. Maybe the last month was the clincher, after I figured out what was an effective workout.

If you are not seeing any results, change your routine, modify your methods and maybe increase intensity.
Keep pushing until you see some resuts. But be smart, don’t get crazy and hurt yourself.

I just started not too long ago and I gained .5” in length in less than 3 weeks but then I hurt myself and had to take 3 weeks off. I’m back at it now. I think the trick is to figure out where too much is and back off a notch (if you know what I mean). Kind of like weight thraining in the gym.

Even after careful measuring, I had a hard time believing my gain. But one thing I noticed is that I could not reach my wife’s cervix before and now I can message it pretty good at 100% erect. Made the difference.

I’d read the LOT theory. If you’re LOT is high enough try some SD, BTC, and A-stretches, they worked for me. I’d also cut way down on the jelqing and add a bunch more stretching. Too much jelqing isn’t good, but I don’t think there is a limit on how much you can stretch. There’s also hanging, but that’s something else.

I think over stretching could do the same as over hanging in that erectile dysfunction not failure would possibly emerge. Something that is non permenant and just a damn hassle. I remember Bib complaining that it did happen to him from the many hours of hanging he subjected himself too. Just work smart and I don’t see a real problem emerging.

Use the search function with: “JAI” and “Dld blasters”. Two intresting streches to try. The JAI (Johan’s Active Isolated streches) are easier to perform and I recommend you to try them out first. Dld blasters are a more advanced exercise, which requires some studying.

So how do you stretch? Do you stretch up and hold for 30 seconds, stretch down and hold for 30, etc.? I want details! ;)

I have gained one inch in one year or some more,
but at first it has take some time to…see something.
So, stay on the routine, and change it to find what it
works better for you.

Also, you can try different way to jelq, as you can see
in the forum there are many to prove…
The article quickstart guide to manual…
is very easy to read and well done.
For me, I like the stretched jelqing and jelq squeeze
and I use them most of the normal jelq.
They seem to force the blood in my penis better

Maybe you could try to alternate
one day dedicated to stretches
and one day more focused on jelq.
Or, anyway, focus more on stretches
in your goal is mainly on lenght.
My favourite stretches are A-stretch and V-stretch.

Also squeeze are useful;
and pc flex is part of the routine.
Pc flex is an excercise you can do easy
also during the day.

Dont be in a hurry…I have run the risk to injury myself sometimes
and it is nosense to do that. THe gains will come,
with the time. Maybe your ligs are very hard to work.
So, take your time.

Now, when I look at my dick, I can almost see the sign
of the pre PE lenght and the part which has expanded…later.
It Is in some kind…noticeable to me, looking with attenction to the skin.

I started PE in January- barely any stretching but jelqing for 30 minutes. Then I TRIED to do Blasters in early February (I could not get the co-ordination down). But I made my FIRST gains in March. A month after doing the Blasters. It was only about 1/4” I noticed in the Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch but I use this method to determine my gains to come.

I’ve gained an inch and a half in 8 months from doing these stretches in my Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch and an inch in my Erect Bone Pressed and I credit most of it to the Blasters. Do them!

Hey everyone thanks for your replies! I am not sure of my girth actually, i dont know how to measure properly. Yes i do the stretches by holding it for 30 seconds up then down and in very direction. I want to hang but am kinda afraid i wont do it right and i cant by the device, and making it always seems to turn out badly, i want length the most and i heard that hanging is most affective, plus i could do something while hanging, and so wouldnt get an erection. I know this sounds stupid but how do you do the blasters, and the boolling thing. Well thanks again for your replies!!
