Not much time for PE no more

Since I haven’t much time for PE no more, I have to change my routine and everything.

Let’s say I only have 30 minutes a day, 2 cable clamps and a big need for girth! What do I have to do?

Dino9X7 30 min doesn’t seem to be enough to get a real sore dick for me.
Today I clamped for 2 x 10 mins with squeezes, I think I will trow in some jelqs in my short routine.

I hope we both will gain although we don’t have an hour a day to spend on PE. :)
