Nothing hits the tunica like...

For those of you who have low LOTs like me, obviously you guys need to do tunica work.

Nothing hits the tunica like the inverted V-Stretch. Wow, is my initial reaction. It’s a crazy stretch that hits my tunica like nothing else. I have been stretching for 2 months and nothing hit my tunica like this exercise.

Here’s how I do the inverted v-stretch:

When fully flaccid, grasp overhand (it insures me good grip) mid shaft with either hand. While stretching upwards take your other hand and make a bridge with your pointer finger under the base of your penis and push up whilst stretching straight out with your other hand. Make sure that the push and the stretches are strong for best results. The stretch will represent an inverted v thus the name. Please be careful with this exercise, don’t over do it and rip your penis out. :)

Do this N, NW and NE. Also stretch SO w/o the inverted v-stretch.
This will ensure there are no limiting gains for the tunica.
I also think that having a low LOT means you need to increase your stretching reps and time.
I personally do 7 sets of 1 minute stretches for each direction (N, NW, NE and SO) 6 times a week. I am also stalling jelqing so I don’t toughen up my tunica.
I think this is the best manual stretch exercise for the tunica.
Oh yea, the overhand grip might give you cramps. =(

I hope this will help, since I always see alot of people asking about tunica exercises. It took me about a week to gather and test the exercises. Anyway, I want to thank whoever invented the v-stretch.

Oh and…is it just me, or are there a FUCK LOAD of people out there who have low LOTs?

Majority of the threads I’ve been reading on here are all about low LOTs.

Perhaps this whole LOT ordeal is the reason why so few individuals who are members of other sides have had such little success with PE in the past: majority of the paysites don’t gear anything towards nor seem to give two shits about hitting the tunica. I guess those few lucky high LOT bastards were the ones who got their gains easy on those old paysites..

The v-stretch is a great stretch and I prefer it inverted.

I think jelqing will actually help fill out behind a v-stretch, they complement each other well. Jelqing stretches out the tunica quite effectively.

It is great for avoiding damage to nerves though, because you can locate the webbing between thumb and forefinger over the most sensitive area just behind the glans.

Does this help? Its basically the same thing, other way up :)

Think of a V shape thats what you are trying to create (in this case inverted).

6 would be a low LOT. If you have a LOT of 12 you’re doing it wrong :)

Are you serious? How does jelqing stretch out the tunica unless you are doing dry jelqs?

If you wanna do more intense (inverse) v-stretches you can replace your finger by a pencil. I like to push real hard with it in a continuous movement from base to glans so I hit the tunica equally.

Jelqing expands the CC/CS and pushes the tunica out, the enlarged tunica is then pulled through the grip putting it under stress in two planes. Wet or dry jelqing should do this.

If I did that I’d snap the pencil. Whats wrong with a baseball bat or a rolling pin? Something with some strength to it.

Haha the pencil I’m using is actually a quality pencil and slightly bigger than usual but it will probably snap one of these days. I’m still looking for something to replace it with which has around the same diameter ;) At the moment I can’t push it harder yet because after 100secs v-stretch and 100 secs inverse v-stretch my dick is completely exhausted.

I just started a variation of this, wonder if it’ll be effective.
Do it like a DLD blaster (kegel, hold midshaft with O grip, pull outwards). Instead of just index finger & thumb, grip penis with all fingers.
Onlu difference is that while pulling outwards (jelqing), I also pull (tug) upwards, about the little finger.
i.e, apply a bending moment about your little finger (near the base of penis), by pulling the base upwards.

The easiest way to do it is to kegel (flaccid to semi erect). Place the hand so that the little finger touches base while index & thumb for an O grip. Jelq & pull the penis outwards. When fully stretched outwards, now pull your hand upwards, so that the base is stretched in the upward direction, about your little finger!
What do you guys think about this exercise? Might work?

With reference to the above method,

I don’t use lube (dry jelq). ALso be very careful with the upward pull as it is intense & might snap the ligaments!

Mem I understood the v stretch, what I don’t understand is this mod to it.
