If you’re doing one jelq every 2 seconds, that’s about 30 jelqs per second. Lots of people’s suggestion for jelqing is to slow it down to 5 second long pulls, so ideally, you should be getting about 10-12 a minute. This can vary from person to person. I, personally, am fond of about three to four second long jelqs as I don’t have a penis long enough for me to comfortably do 5 second jelqs…. yet. Mostly, I find a rhythm that I’m comfortable with and feel is giving me a good stretch AND is making my girth feel good. You really can’t go by what the average is, though. Just feel it out for yourself. If you’re good with 2 second jelqs, stick with ‘em, but I think slowing it down just a little bit is a good idea.
