Has anyone had any success with diminishing their turkey neck by doing skin stretches? I’ve been doing them every now and then when I PE but it hasn’t been too long so I can’t tell if it’s working or not.

I’m having some success doing only 5 minutes of it a night before bed. I suppose if I increased my time I would have even more success. Depending on how bad your t-neck is will be the main factor here.

Mine isn’t too bad. I’m not too far into my PE career, but I figured I would tackle the turkey neck before it does become a problem. I’ll start being more consistent and see if it starts diminishing.

I’m still in the process of making the device, I bought most of the supplies, except I realized I don’t have a hack saw. (I bought a metal threaded bar for the side pieces, instead of the plastic others have used. I couldn’t find plastic ones.)
