I started PE about 2.25 years ago at 5.5x4.5. I stumbled across other enlargement sites and started doing some light jelqing and stretching for about a year. I would say I gained to about 5.75x4.65. Then I started getting more serious and doing 30-40 minutes of jelqing every other day and not much stretching. After about 6 months of that I was at 6x4.75. Then for the last 6 months I have been jelqing 20-30 minute stretching 15-20 minutes, and the last month clamping and I am at about 6.2x4.8. I am really confused as to why I didn’t get some newbie gains while clamping. I started with the 3 sets of 10. Then Ended up doing 2x20. Anyway, I have a baseball bat effect so my base girth is somewhere around 4.6. But my head is about 4.9, depending on erection level. Anyway, I think I can keep gaining length to reach my 6.5-6.75 goal, but this girth is just not happening. What should I do?

Newbie gains don’t occur with every new approach…then occur when you first start…or may not EVER occur.

Clamping if done properly, produces very high pressures…which in turn will lead to toughening of the tunica…which in turn can bring length gains to a screeching halt in many men.

Girth may not be happening for two reasons;

one, you may have started with too much, toughening the tissue before it had time to react with expansion.

two, girth WAS happening, your “baseball bat” effect is expansion of girth, but due to the nature of jelquing, most of it is toward the end of your penis.

You sound like you were making progress, you may have pushed yourself into toughening with the clamping routine. Sounds also like you need to change up your technique to even out your dick.

I suggest take a few weeks off, then start back with a basic routine of stretching and clamping. This time start with 3 sets of 5 minutes, make sure you use heat the whole time.

Every other day will probably be plenty for the clamping, light stretching could be done daily (base it on your PI’s).

Measure daily to know what effect it is having on you, and make sure you read up on PI’s.

Clamping is primarily plastic deformation when done correctly, this usually results in real tissue toughening, so be aware that when growth stops…a deconditioning break is best.

The other option is pumping with jelquing…it evens out your unit, and can be done at low to moderate vacuum when combined with jelquing can produce excellent results.

Hanging with modest weights, followed by ADS is also excellent, usually producing base girth, especially when swinging the wts. I suggest read Monty530 routine…its excellent.

Bear in mind, I don’t think any modest or low force routine will do you any good until you take a decon break…my opinion.

Thats why daily measurement (bpfl at least) are CRITICAL! Otherwise you are just flying blind.

Don’t THINK…KNOW!

If you are still making gains from it…continue. If your gains stop…go to the decon break.

To even out your dick, try GENTLE erect bends.

Now let me warn you…this is one of the more dangerous exercises, but if you totally avoid discomfort, keep it pleasant, and never bend it to the point of “kinking” your erection…it will minimize the danger.

I don’t advise doing it while clamped until you are a clamping expert extremely well conditioned.
