Everyday at work 1pm or so, for 1 hour I do that stretch where you sit on your penis after stretching it up to your butt, then I get home and do orange bends for a while

Congrats on your progress. (Wasn’t sure if “I’m getting bigger now” was an affirmation you are using to motivate yourself, or a conclusion you have made from measuring, but good luck with that either way.)

Just curious, you said you do the fowfers at work. Do you work from home? If not, how do you manage to cram your dick under your ass before sitting down without anyone taking notice?

I do them at work. I just unbuckle my belt and pretend to tuck in my shirt, then I grab it quickly and stretch it past my butt and sit on it. I leave my belt UN buckled in case I want to re stretch it whilst I’m sitting, I just sit on one check, grab the unit and stretch it back past my ass again to re-assume the position. I do this for 1hr
