If I was you, I wouldn’t take a break.I would do Uli’s 7 days a week. I didn’t start gaining girth until I started this routine. Of course you have to have some low intensity days, but don’t let that tunica heal at all. You need to weaken the walls so it has to expand after every set.
You are conditioned, and in tune with your dick, so a shock routine might be what you need at this point in your PE career! Good luck, and don’t give up.
