One year...
Just a quick progress posting…
It was a year ago today that I started my PE workouts. All the advice here about slow and steady is absolutely correct. I soak and stretch for 5 minutes in the shower in the morning followed by 200 jelqs. I dabbled in hanging for a little while but it’s not the easiest thing to do in a house full of women… I use an ace bandage for ADS and try to wear it at least a few hours a day and all day if I can.
I’m pleased to annouce that at my monthly measurement today I measured in at 6.5”BPx5”! This is an inch of length and a little over a half inch of girth! Be patient with your workouts, they take time ane dedication. I didn’t see any appreciable difference for a month or so. My next goal is 6”NBP with my ultimate goal being the legendary 8x6!
