Jelqing gains me girth in the medium sense. I could never get past a certain level of girth with jelqing though.
Clamping is what did it.
However, I had a very intense clamping routine. Rivalling that of Aristocane.
The session: 2 clamps for 1 set, then 4 clamps for 2 sets to target the head. Then back to 2 clamps for one set (Kind of a clamping warm down).
15 mins per set. Though I started on 10 mins per set.
Edging for the entire set, best erection you can get, tightest notch you can get to without cutting off the blood.
I gauge this by kegeling blood into the penis, if you have cut it off you won’t be able to actively feel it going in, if you can feel it it’s just right.
I get to the point just before the cut off.
I got maximum expansion from this, It’s VERY tough on the tunica and obviously I wouldn’t advise it straight off the bat. Some may even call it dangerous. But not once did I have an injury doing this. It’s all about taking things in moderation, but raising that level of moderation over time. Try working up to it.
It will gain girth, I’m almost sure of it.
During the 3rd set you can really feel the expansion. It gets very exciting. Just be careful.
This kind of a session made my penis the size of a cucumber, including the head. I measured about something like 6” base girth while flaccid. Got to about 7.5” base girth while erect. Also gained a little length.
Jelqing is done 15-20 mins every other day, high %. Like 80% to really work on girth.
Consequently I used to do this routine on days where I would have sex as well and it really does make a girl’s eyes widen when you drop you’re pants and pull something like that out.
I attribute the length gained from something like this to the 4 clamps pushing the blood upward to my head and not out to the side as much, as well as the better EQ.
I do this kind of session every once in a while now (since I’m focusing on length) just to see if it still gives me the same expansion. It does.
