I know, what a problem! Well, after a fairly intensive jelqing routine, I have worked myself into a 6.25 nbp x 6. Bpl is about 7.1. Anyway, girth is great and all, but you can only want so much of it after 6 and being 6.25 nbp, its starting to look a little squat. I would love some length gains, but jelqing just hasnt delivered them. Anyone have this problem before? As a non-stretcher, would a newbie routine be best to start out with. 3 months until school starts up again, so I am hoping to post some length gains in that time frame. Thanks

Good thing is, if you’ve figured out how to gain girth. You can do it anytime you want.

My advice. Focus on length now, cut out exercises that give you girth gains if you really want to see length gains.
I tried working both but for me it was just not possible. I can only gain girth or nothing at all, unless I focus purely on length.
A good manual stretching routine with light jelqing or hanging (if you’re ready).
Keep the jelqing, but try and shift your focus.
Then when you’re at the length you want, you can move onto girth work.
You may even get a little more length out of that because of the better EQ that can be achieved through girth work.

@Sacred - what works for you to gain girth? Because with jelqing I grow mostly on length - gained 1+ inch in lenght and less than half an inch in girth for 6 months now. And I continue to grow length which is starting to become a problem with my girlfriend - I am 8,1x5,1 and I really want to focus on girth rather than length

Jelqing gains me girth in the medium sense. I could never get past a certain level of girth with jelqing though.

Clamping is what did it.
However, I had a very intense clamping routine. Rivalling that of Aristocane.
The session: 2 clamps for 1 set, then 4 clamps for 2 sets to target the head. Then back to 2 clamps for one set (Kind of a clamping warm down).
15 mins per set. Though I started on 10 mins per set.
Edging for the entire set, best erection you can get, tightest notch you can get to without cutting off the blood.
I gauge this by kegeling blood into the penis, if you have cut it off you won’t be able to actively feel it going in, if you can feel it it’s just right.
I get to the point just before the cut off.

I got maximum expansion from this, It’s VERY tough on the tunica and obviously I wouldn’t advise it straight off the bat. Some may even call it dangerous. But not once did I have an injury doing this. It’s all about taking things in moderation, but raising that level of moderation over time. Try working up to it.
It will gain girth, I’m almost sure of it.
During the 3rd set you can really feel the expansion. It gets very exciting. Just be careful.

This kind of a session made my penis the size of a cucumber, including the head. I measured about something like 6” base girth while flaccid. Got to about 7.5” base girth while erect. Also gained a little length.
Jelqing is done 15-20 mins every other day, high %. Like 80% to really work on girth.

Consequently I used to do this routine on days where I would have sex as well and it really does make a girl’s eyes widen when you drop you’re pants and pull something like that out.

I attribute the length gained from something like this to the 4 clamps pushing the blood upward to my head and not out to the side as much, as well as the better EQ.

I do this kind of session every once in a while now (since I’m focusing on length) just to see if it still gives me the same expansion. It does.

Forgot to mention.
I did this routine every other day.
Stretched for 15 mins under a IR lamp before hand, all directions, v-stretches, etc.

I used to use the IR lamp on my penis while clamping on and off, but not the entire set, more like a couple of minutes of it on and off, 20 secs at a time.

I also used to get flaccid between sets then just masturbate to achieve an erection without any clamps. If you find it hard to get one after a set or can’t get one, then give it more time to let the blood re-circulate.

You will get to a point (haven’t given this point a name yet) where you’re penis stays hard for a little while after taking off the clamp. Then you get a very fat flaccid. It will be easier than usual to get a hard-on as well. This is usually the point of maximum expansion for you’re current size.

I know this thread is about gaining length over girth, sorry to hijack and reverse it.

That’s an intense workout Sacred, I think I’ll have to give it a try. I have a pretty intense workout as well but it’s definitely not that serious. I would love to get some head girth and 7in girth couldn’t hurt either. I just wonder how pleasurable a one night stand would be something like that, or even a new chick. That’s something I wouldn’t mind finding out!

I really want more length too but I love my girth routines and don’t want to loose and, just gain length. I hope hanging will bring the length without having to compromise my girth gains.

Goal: NBPL= 8.5 EGmid= 6.5

If you are more interested in getting an ego boost from some chick being too small for your girth then go for 7”. If you would rather actually have a chance at getting your weenie inside the chick that is laying there before you, then stop at 6”.

I have a 5.25” girth and I must say that it is sometimes a task to get it into my lady. She is decidedly small, too, however, also, henceforth. My stats were 6” x 4” up until a year or so ago and I have had sex with a decent number of ladies. Now I know that a 4” girth is on the small side of average, but I have to say that in the majority of my experiences even my piddly 4” worked pretty good. 5.25” is AMAZING.

I know this is the best method to expand the tunica because I did it for 8 months about 1 year ago.

Some questions for you.

Do you clamp dry or wet?

On the last part of my clamping experience I did it dry and with 2 clamps at the base. I also did edging during my 10-15 minute sets.

The results were an incredible expansion but also broken capillaries, red spot, bruises…

So I gained girth but also a bad discoloration.

About 1 year ago I began pumping. In my case pumping is a good exercise, surely safer than clamping but I get less expansion from it.

In this year of pumping my discoloration is vanished.

Now I am thinking about clamping again. Have you ever had problems of broken capillaries and discoloration with this kind of routine?

Jelq at a lower erection level, around 60% for length gains. Avoid girth workouts all together for a while. Also do longer warm ups.

How is your discoloration? This is the one thing that is keeping me from doing really hardcore clamping because I think a bruised dick would be unattractive, but maybe the ladies don’t mind? I have actually noticed that when I add pumping with clamping, the discoloration isn’t as bad and my clamping sets are way more intense after pumping.
