Optimum Workout Frequency

Optimum Workout Frequency

I am currently PEing every day doing a length routine in the morning and a girth routine in the evening. I would not like to think that I am hindering growth by working out too often.

I have read that cells take 48 hours to repair which would suggest that 1 on 1 off would be a better idea.

I am sure that many PE vets have tried all the variations and I would be very interested to hear their views on this.

fortex,

Length moves you can do everyday as long as safety is not an issue (the listen to your body thing), but girth moves need more rest time. Try 1 on 1 off, or 2 on 1 off and see how it goes after a few weeks.

Some of us have succeeded 7 days on. I don’t think there is any one optimum workout frequency. It gains from person to person. I had my best gains during the 5 days on 2 days off days, but my current routine is 7 days on, and things are looking good. I don’t wanna jinx myself by measuring too early but it looks to be working well!

PE SMART - Quality is infinitely better than quantity. Monitor your progress. Make changes accordingly.

Doing your routine every day only gives your penis 24 hours to heal after a workout. My concern is that the cells need longer than this to recover and to grow. Also, I wouldn’t like to think that I was hindering growth by overdoing it.

I know the penis is not a muscle, but bodybuilders don’t workout the same body part every day.

I know that DLD advocates working out every day and has had great success with it.

Has anyone else tried this or have a medical opinion on it?

I think that the well established ideas on days off is only a very generalised rule.

I think the best method would be to start off at one extreme, do it for a few months, if you are sore all the time and see no gains, then obviously you are doing too much. On the other hand, if you feel normal and have no gains, you are probably not being regular or thorough enough.

As the popular catch phrase goes: “You have to listen to your body”
Only you can find your own optimal workout frequency. Everybody’s different.

Well said!

PE is about controlled damage, as BiB once said. Ligaments and tunicae need a long time to heal, if there was any structural damage. Not hours, but days and weeks. If you really had an intense workout, it won’t heal within a day. If it heals within a day - it probably wasn’t an intense workout…

And if you really need rest, you will feel it, because your buddy is shriveled, makes a sad impression and is unable to erect. An additional problem is the fact that ligs can get stronger without getting longer if you allow them to heal completely before you start a new workout. And that’s something no one here wants.

I have had the best luck with 7 days. If I feel like I am overdoing it I slack off a little on intensity and length of workouts. CL

I workout almost every day but I have been missing on a lot of Fridays.

<------- You likey?

If you don't take the time to do the PE exercises how do you expect to gain? The fairy godmother of PE?
