First PE workout yesterday, but already with ED

Hello people, I’m very worried. I’m 18. Yesterday, 4th of November of 2012, I started to PE. I warmed up with a cup of hot water, when I felt my penis wasn’t absorbing heat anymore, I stopped. I began with 30 seconds stretch, to almost max extension. I did this for both 4 sides, so:

30 seconds stretch downwards
30 seconds stretch upwards
30 seconds stretch to the left
30 seconds stretch to the right

Then I repeated, again, resulting in a total of 1 minute stretching all sides, resulting in 4 minutes stretching. I did that only for training my grip, to condition it for the days to come, and because I’m 4,5 BPEL and I want to focus on length gains before girth.

I felt that was enough, I didn’t want much risk to my unit. Then I felt what I believed was the soreness everyone talks about after an intense workout, and I felt surprised, as that little gave me already soreness. But there was something wrong with my penis, I felt something way too stretched inside, almost hurt from the exercise.. I thought “This isn’t possible!! How can such very light workout give me injuries?” then hurried to watch porn, to see if everything was ok..

I got shocked as it took me almost five times the time I needed to get aroused before trying that workout. And right after closing porn, my erection quickly faded. It usually lasted very long.. I tried again, this time I couldn’t get an erection at all!! I got so scared! I have read about venous leakage and how a very small percentage of PErs have it after their very first workout, that couldn’t happen to me, who I’m just 4,5 inches long and perhaps that’s the end of my dream of an 9 inch long dick..

It was 23:00 PM and so I decided to go sleep, maybe it was normal and the next day everything would go right.

The next day (today, 5th of November of 2012) I didn’t have morning wood, and I had it every single day before yesterday. The fear of ED from a simple conditioning workout that I felt was simply indescribable.. As if someone very close to me, like someone of my family died. And I’m 18, I’m not in college yet and I have so much yet to live.. I tried again now, at nighttime. Same thing: difficulty to have an erection with quick fading and impossibility to get the erection back.

Before, I had rock hard 10/10 EQ, 5 to 6 times a day. Masturbated some days, sometimes even 2 - 3 masturbations per day. And even after, I could get 10/10 erected easily and maintain it for a long time. LOT is 7:00 to 6:00 and angle of erection is 10:00 to 11:00

Now, EQ is barely 4/10, only getting erections 1 time per day and only with heavy stimulation, and never being able to get erected the same day.

What was your first PE workout, fellow beginner PErs? What were the sympthoms after and the day after? I’m afraid there is something wrong with me now.. I’m so scared and worried! I’m gonna wait if things come back this week, wish me luck.

I think you should see a doctor.

I don’t think you got venous leakage from light stretching. Jelqing maybe, but not with light stretching. Rest up for a few days before doing any PE.

‘Before’? Before what? You did your first session yesterday and you were very afraid, otherwise wouldn’t have approached with a stretch only routine. It’s your head, you have nothing broken in your penis. Now calm you down and you’ll see that your penis will work fine. Don’t alway try achieving an erection, just don’t think to it fro a day or two.

When you’ll have recovered, just forget about PE. It’s not for you buddy, you’ll always have imaginary illness if you go on. Sorry to be brutally honest, but I think honesty is the best politics.

Before my very first ‘workout’, if I can even call that a workout.. It was all fine, and then after, poof!! ED!! I wasn’t afraid of it, no, quite the contrary, I was very enthusiasted to finally start my journey to a bigger dick. I hope you are right with nothing wrong with my penis, strong words of motivation to recovery! I can barely eat or sleep now.

Wouldn’t it be the same to you?? You read all over the forums that a real good PI is harder, more frequent erections. You have 10/10 erections everyday, with no direct stimulation, I mean real hard erections during school time, work time, sitting at the bus, reading something. Then all of a sudden, all of that disappear.. How would you feel? If that’s only a imaginary illness there is no reason to stop PE, but happened to me today!

Maybe you are right, I’m just too scared and shocked and it will come back as it was normally, it must come.

You look like someone who has also recently started PE.. Didn’t this happened to you? How was the very first time you exercised?

I think you need to relax a little bit, I’m sure you didn’t do any permanent damage from 4 total minutes of light stretching. I do more unintentionally just taking a piss.

Hurrying off to watch porn after your very first workout when you had already got your mind racing with fear of an injury probably didn’t help you achieve an erection. You certainly don’t have ED. I would be very surprised if ANYONE could get an erection in that type of scenario you put yourself in. It wasn’t the workout, it was your mind. You need to relax. And comparing waking up in the morning without an erection to a family member dying is somewhat offensive.

Just take a few days off. Relax. Do some more reading of the forums and the newbie guides and information about stretches and jelqs. When you feel ready to try again, just go easy and try to stay positive. If you find that the workout doesn’t feel right, or you still feel at risk of an injury, then PE just may not be for you. If a single day of light stretching puts you through such emotional and psychosomatic turmoil and drama, then it may be best just to not PE at all.

I hope you are right! I really hope this ED is merely psychological and will get back to me soon. Can’t stand the thought of being with a 4 inch dick forever like I had before finding out about PE.. I thought I knew everything about it, but after what happened, its clear to me that I’m not ready yet to start PE and need some more deep searching and studying the forums. To give up PE is not an option, I’m not giving up that easy, specially with a little worm like mine which is 4 x 3 inches erect.

And I’m really sorry if my comparison of the feeling I had when I didn’t had my morning wood today and a parent dying did, somewhat, offended you, I didn’t mean it, really. I just wanted to express myself the most sincere possible. I lost, recently, an uncle very close to me and I still suffer from it a lot. The pain I felt when my morning wood disappeared after not being able to achieve an erection the night before was just like it when I heard he died.

I’ve been doing PE for about two years off and on being much more consistent for the last five months or so. I can’t really answer your question though as I don’t remember the first time I exercised. However, I do agree with the majority of people in this thread that your issue is not a physical one but a psychological one. Just take time off and forget about PE for a while. Your EQ will come back. Also, I highly suggest you do a lot of reading on this forum if you decide to do PE again. Just remember that PE is not for everyone.

Sounds like the first time I popped a ligament. I had no idea what it was as I had never heard of it before. Naturally I thought I broke or tore something. The resulting fear and anxiety was enough to keep me from getting an erection or even imagine one. As soon as I realized it was harmless everything magically went back into business. Its all in your head.

But seriously the newbie threads exist for a reason. They will keep you from doing something really stupid that might actually hurt you. You ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO START OUT SLOW. So many people get over excited and jump straight to something intense like hanging or extreme squeezes, hurt themselves, then give up on PE forever. I know you aren’t doing that exactly but you don’t know your limits or what PE should feel like when done correctly. It might have sounded like a light exercise but it obviously wasn’t for you specifically. A 10 minute jog sounds like a light workout but could mean a heart attack for some even if they seem fit.

I’m not trying to insult you or anything, I actually like to see others succeed but you need to understand better what you are attempting. Its different from any other workout you will ever do. Give yourself a few weeks to see everything is okay then research the principal and importance of conditioning before you try again.

Don’t take offense and just repeat to yourself……..”calm down, calm down, calm down..I’m crazy I’m crazy I’m crazy” I would say im 95% sure you didn’t do anything at all. Sounds like you’re way into your head. Even the measuring of everyone’s erection level is a bit nuts. I never understood how people think they went from a 9/10 level to a 7/10 level of EQ. I think when you’re really going into %’s of how you’re erections are you are way overthinking it. Just calm down and enjoy your workouts. You didn’t do any damage and are reading too much. You’re not gonna have venous leakage from warming up to a workout. That just means you read too much of what could happen. Tell yourself you are 10/10 EQ and you probably get back to it again if you believe it.

I found something similar .I have since wrote it off to to my penis actually getting desensitized with all the extra attention. If you take a week or so off you will be better than ever. I can safely say You have Nothing to worry about based on what you described !

So, after 3 days, everything went back to normal. My erections and morning wood were even better than before.. Amazing! It took me so long to reply here because I didn’t have enough time, but indeed, just my mind playing tricks on me, but how.. And why?? Have this ever happened to anybody else?
