Post Girth Workout State

My current routine has me focused on girth and I went through a “shock” routine last week. All that got me thinking about girth routines and how the penis repairs/recovers from this. Last week, after every girth workout (3xday), I would clamp the penis just enough to keep the pump. No color changes/inflation but enough to have the pump remain for an extended period (8 hours or more) and also keep the penis in an “extended” state, which prevented recoil. By the time I removed it, there was no recoil because the penis had settled down in this “state”.

This got me thinking about length work. I know a lot of people hang or stretch and them immediately after, they apply a light ADS to the penis to make keep in the extended state. I always hear “the time right after a length workout is most important”. Maybe this has already been answered, but shouldn’t it be the same for girth?

I took this weekend off to recover and did some very light jelqs on Sunday. Today, when I did my first pump session, I packed the tube to the glands on the very first set. I continued my clamp/pump workout and then, like last week, I lightly clamped (but still more than a cock ring) my penis and kept it there all morning. During a few visits to the mens rooms, I lightly jelqed to get blood flowing and then clamped, again lightly.

So, my question is this, how important is it to try and maintain the post girth pump to facilitate gains? I have taken NO measurements lately, but penis feels and looks a little bigger.

Any insight, advise would be appreciated.
