PC-flexes = excessive conditioning?
Hey,
We don’t want to condition the tunica and ligaments too much and also we want to be able to achieve semi-erection so that we can perform exercises such as jelq.
I wanted to ask if doing pc-flexes and strenthening the penis would result in an excessively strong tunica and ligs and in the long run, hamper growth. Secondly, do pc-flex people who achieve rock hard erections work down to a semi-erection, or is it impossible to get semi once you have a super-dick?
