No this is not another ‘is it ok to PE and masturbate thread’. But ive found that PEing an hour or so after blowing my load helps me get a better workout. I can feel the blood in my dick when jelqing, and my penis feels more worked out this way. Its not fatigue that im feeling with my dick, its just the feeling of a good workout. Its as if pulling off has freshened up my dick, and my PE routines feel alot more productive. Has anyone elso noticed this?

I totally agree. I’ve only been at this for about a week but the times that I have masterbated a bit before have felt more productive. On a side note has anyone noticed a difference between stretching in the shower or is it the same as any other time?

A reasonable idea. Finshing off might serve to relax the whole penile area thus reducing tension and involuntary contraction of penile muscles. This could lead to a better workout imho.

After ejaculating, you remain slightly engorged for a long time and this reduces your elasticity, which ofcourse can put more direct stretch to the tissues that we want to stretch, but even more so puts more stress on the tissues that we don’t want to. This you can feel as soreness in your shaft when stretching. Is this the feeling of a good workout you describe?

It’s the exact same opposite for me. The longer I go without jacking off the better a workout I get and the more pumped up I feel after the workout.

Plus if I jack off before PE I don’t even have the motivation to do the workout and my cock just doesn’t feel good for a workout.

So I guess it’s different for some people

not exactly.

I wait until the engorgement has gone completely away, like an hour or two after masturbating. Then when i stretch the penis feels more plyable and my jelqs feel more intense. But in no way is there any soreness. I just feel like my routine is more productive like this.

I agree with Joystick and rarely jo before or after a pe session. I really don’t do it much at all, just like to save it up for delivery time. Been doing PE steady for 15 months and not a large gainer like some ( <1” length )

When I have tried it after PE I regretted the feeling of losing a level of testosterone that I like to keep going.

I think it helps in recovery. Sometimes I get pretty excited at the end of a workout and nearly shoot my load but kind of enjoy edging it. Also keep a tube of delay cream in my pe kit adn put on a little if it really becomes a contest. However, I may try unloading again after pe and see if I feel differently about it. I don’t think I could ever unload pre-pe. I also would lose feeling and motivation.

I like to stretch a few hours after ejaculation. The total flaccid stretches I get are amazing. For jelq aswell I can agree that the penis seems more relaxed in the tissue and it allows more engorgement without getting erected.

For me, when i first started, to PE after jerking off, no matter if it was more than 5 hours, gave me a bad workout. I really dont recommend.

I usually masterbate earlier on the day ( strictly for PE purposes :bigwink: ) so that I will avoid getting erect while stretching. If I don’t choke the bishop earlier on I can only stretch for about 5 five minutes until I get engorged.

A few hours after ejaculating, when the engorgement has went down? Sure, why not! That helped me not to get hard every friggin’ time I tried to start stretching, when I was starting PE.

I prefer jelquing without masterbation, and masturbating before manual stretching. I alternate jelquing and stretching during the week, for 5 days and then rest for 2.
