PE breaks in your routine

That’s great, but you want to make sure you aren’t taking TOO MANY 3-7 day breaks. Only take a break every 1-2 months at the earliest.

I thank you for your concern, and I fully understand and agree with what you are saying. But I personally have NO problem starting an intense gain chasing period with a deconditioning break. I actually quite like that idea.
For me it is more important to enjoy the exercises than to momentarily gain the most. It is like when I train long distance running. Although I know that I probably would benefit most from boring interval training, I often keep on doing the LSD (Long slow distance) training because it gives me more pleasure. If I would concentarte on interval training (or take deconditioning PE breaks), I might loose interest in running (PE) and eventually give it up, thereby not at all maximizing results in the long run.

This is my way, and it fits my way of doing things nicely.

Thank you brother, I am much relieved. I knew you knew all that stuff anyway, Oden :) (figured it was a conscious choice for you) but wanted to help emphasize the topic of this thread for those that don’t yet. BTW, I can start a gains chase with a decon break just fine too, doing it now!

I should’ve asked this on my first post as well, but forgot…I know you’ve got a pretty advanced routing going. After each break, once you start up again do you do a ‘break in’ routine to get your penis conditioned again and if so what kind of routine is it and how long do you do it for before going back to your advanced exercises.

Do you find that your penis conditions back up after each break fairly quickly, kind of like muscular memory(even though the penis isn’t a muscle).

I would work myself back into my routine. The first day back, I usually just stretched and jelqed. The second day I added some more jelqs and stretches. Third day I would do a low intensity form of my prior workout. From then on, I would just add a little till I was back to my former routine.

It conditions itself quickly, at least more than before. In that time you can shock your penis into growing some more.

Update:

Just got back onto my routine yesterday. I got some red dots on my shaft and head. Not too many, but happy to see my Newbie PI’s coming back. :) Right now, I’m just stretching and jelqing in the morning, and some stretching after work in the evening. Next week I shall jelq at night too. The week after I plan on picking up my pumping where I left off.

The only bad thing about an extended break that I noticed is that my flaccid hang was just a little shorter and skinnier. I wasn’t taking my supplements either so that is another reason why. As soon as I got back to my workout, my flaccid returned to “normal”…whatever that is. :)

Good topic, XL. I started PE in earnest on April 24th of this year, and within three weeks I gained 1/4” of an inch in erect length. An additional five weeks of PE saw no new threats to my ruler, and my PI (Physiological Indicators, i.e.;Morning Wood) seemed to suggest a break was in order long ago.

I kept PEing in earnest, despite my body’s call for a break, because I wanted two solid months of everyday PE to form a GOOD HABIT! Good habits are as easy to start as bad habits, they say.

I took a PE break on Friday, June 17th, and will resume PE this Friday June 24th. I can’t wait to start again, yet I’ve been rewarded by the return of some positive PI’s in such a short time.

I’ve taken advantage of my break. Another thread made mention of the book, “The Multi-Orgasmic Male,” which I promplty purchased in e-book form. During my week break I’ve taken to practice multi-orgasms during my PE time slot.

When I restart PE this friday, I believe I will alternate PE 5 days and take a two-day break during which I will practice multi-orgasms. From what I’ve learned from the vets, the excercises may very well compliment each other and lead to size gains, as well as overall improved performance and control.

I’ve found in the past that edging helped a little with my gains, but that wasn’t the main reason for doing them. I wanted to be able to have complete control over my penis. “He’s” ruled me for too long! :)
