Good topic, XL. I started PE in earnest on April 24th of this year, and within three weeks I gained 1/4” of an inch in erect length. An additional five weeks of PE saw no new threats to my ruler, and my PI (Physiological Indicators, i.e.;Morning Wood) seemed to suggest a break was in order long ago.
I kept PEing in earnest, despite my body’s call for a break, because I wanted two solid months of everyday PE to form a GOOD HABIT! Good habits are as easy to start as bad habits, they say.
I took a PE break on Friday, June 17th, and will resume PE this Friday June 24th. I can’t wait to start again, yet I’ve been rewarded by the return of some positive PI’s in such a short time.
I’ve taken advantage of my break. Another thread made mention of the book, “The Multi-Orgasmic Male,” which I promplty purchased in e-book form. During my week break I’ve taken to practice multi-orgasms during my PE time slot.
When I restart PE this friday, I believe I will alternate PE 5 days and take a two-day break during which I will practice multi-orgasms. From what I’ve learned from the vets, the excercises may very well compliment each other and lead to size gains, as well as overall improved performance and control.
