Most definitely. Heavy hanging for 6 weeks took care of that. In fact, after 12 days back to PE, I’ve made gains of 0.125”EL and 0.063”EG beyond my pre-decon cemented size! I’m gonna milk this re-newbified condition for all its worth…SLOWLY. Interestingly, I’m right on track with my projected gains based on my previous training which consisted of 12 hrs/week of heavy hanging. Sweet huh?!

The only thing that sucks about Decon breaks is that you can’t PE! I’m not sure about you, but I LOVE to PE no matter what routine I’m on. Well….I do prefer the girth exercises more. I get to edge while doing most of them! :D :hanger:

I like PE and I like not to PE. My problem is that touching leads to PE in a hurry. My decon breaks need to be “no touch” breaks.

how fortunate for you. PE is tedious, messy, and a pain in the ass for me. I have to force myself to do it.

Just keep thinking about the big dick you’ll get. When the time comes, the exercises will perform all on their own.

Started another decon break as of Sunday. It is going great so far. My penis is more sensitive, and easier to arouse. I broke down and jerked it about 5 times yesterday (no joke). I needed to get that out of my system. I won’t masturbate for at least a couple more days, since the purpose of this is to totally decondition your penis. I plan on making this break a 2 week break.

Do you have a Progress Report thread XL? Too lazy to look for myself :)

No I do not. If you look hard enough, I reported my gains every once in awhile on different threads when people would ask. I gained a lot at first (newbie gains) then little by little got to where I am over 6-8 months. I’ve spent over a year total.

Just curious. It’d be nice to not have to look so hard to find those reports. Just a thought.

Maybe there is a reason for that.

I’ve been on a decon break for the last 4 weeks , planing on holding out for another 3-4 weeks if I can. My reason is that I haven’t seen any gains in the past 10 months and I have been doing my fair share of PE which should have lead to gains but didn’t. Hopefully my break will do it’s intended cause and I’ll be gaining at some stage in the future , oh and geeze 10 months no gains and I’m still hanging in there :) Thanks for the good idea of a decon break !

Why don’t you list your PE routine and I’ll see if there is anything that can be improved. Sometimes guys are hard gainers, and you have to know how to trick your penis to get past that. I’ll do my best to help.

Just had to throw out there I just finished my second break and jumped back into it a little too enthusiastically. Remember, start up slowly again after a break.

I also jerk off like twice a day sometimes up to 5 times. I try to not though. I heard it might be better for PE plus the thing is that it takes me at least 30 minutes to jerk off the first time and even longer after that. It gets time consuming..
