PE Doesn't Work For Me

I don’t get it guys , I do 3 sessions a day each session is between 10 to 15 minutes max I started with wet jelqing for about 6 months , it didn’t work so I started again with clamping (hands only) for 10 minutes each session sometimes I added jelqing but usually its only clamping after the session I get hot shower for 10 minutes and I even add a cock ring after session to keep the blood for hopefully to get expansion in girth and nothing wtf I’m doing wrong?

Without knowing your PI’s we can’t really answer that. For a newbie that sounds a lot like overtraining, but if your jelqs aren’t 100% intense it could just as easily be not stimulating or expanding it enough.

Is your EQ better than before and/or is it always aching and looking beat up or not?

We need more details for a precise conclusion, but 3 sessions of clamping per day suppose to be way overboard, for pretty much everybody.

Growth will only happen at a balanced environment: work load, duration and rest days. If you beat you penis till death, you will only get temporary expansion and keep your penis swelled with fluid from edema.

Well I’m jelq at 80% and what do you mean intense like I don’t ripped my penis I’m a regular jelqer haha I jelq exactly like the video that show how to jelq , by the way my stats are 5.75 to 6 length and 4.8 girth I’m aiming only for girth at the moment any tip will be useful.

Oh and one more thing I wanted to ask , in the video it look like the guy jelq at 100% erection some of you said to jelq at 60 to 80 percent erection so which one I should follow?

Definitely jelq at about 60%. I’m not sure why that video shows jelqing at 100% with a death-grip! Also consider decreasing the number of workouts and focus on flawless form. Maybe you’re a less-is-more kind of guy?

Didn’t get you on the less is more kind of a guy , sorry but like I said I’m from Europe and I doesn’t really get the American slang.

Forget it I just did a quick check at Google I got what you mean.

The ‘less is more’ rule is something that more people should pay attention to. I’ve trained with weights my whole life, and when people tell me they just can’t build muscle, it’s usually because they are over-training. I’ve notice the same regarding my own PE training. My body responds very positively to minimal PE work, but just try to do a lot more and everything goes to hell fast.

Before I wrote this post I was considered to add pumping so to add pumping to my routine(or just change my routine to only pumping) or to stick with my current routine ? Or maybe I should change something ? And what about clamping (with my hands only) should I clamp at 100% erection? Cause I tried this before and its almost impossible or should I wrong? It look kind of dangerous to clamp at 100 erection even if its only with my hands it couldn’t explode my veins or something?

With the breaks 1 year without them about 3 to 5 months maybe even 6 can’t really remember the exact date.

So let’s just say consistency is not your thing. Why not give yourself a week off, then start the newbie routine and do 5 days on, 2 off, and see what happens over 6 months.

Yeah in a hot shower but not after each session but I I tried at least one time a day cause I live with my parents and don’t have much privacy even if the shower last to long they start to piss of that I finished all the hot water.
