I don’t agree with you on the consistency since the last time I started I’m very consisted and didn’t missed a day in addition I think because I’m over training my EQ becoming low .

3 to 5 months of work over 12 months doesn’t seem consistent to me but if it does to you then fine.
Then you say when you did it you never missed a day which to me means no rest days. I could be wrong but your approach seems haphazard and that could be why you haven’t gained. Besides for most it takes 6 months of consistent work before they see anything. You did 6 months over a year!

With regards to applying heat to your PE,

Perhaps you could get away with using a rice-filled sock (putting it in the microwave for 1-2min). If they ask, just say that it’s for an aching muscle and go into your room.

My suggestion, reading what you’ve posted. Is stop. You are doing way too much varied training and way too long. What you described is too convoluted for me to try and fix just on guessing at your time in PE and amount of routines per week.

Take a 2 week break. Wait for your morning wood to come back. Then ease into the Newbie routine. A lot of times some people new to pe will overdo it because the newbie routine doesn’t feel like its an intense workout. When you overdo it regularly you make your body condition itself to abuse. You need to get that to go away.

So the best single thing I can advise is a 2 or 3 week break. Monitor your EQ. Masturbate as normal but no PE until your morning wood is back. Then start again with the newbie routine. No pumps or devices until you get Positive Indicators. When your EQ comes back up and you are back to healthy you can start again only take it easy this time.

Also, you seem to be the skeptic, overthinking things and maybe just hoping to find a certain routine to make "fast gains".

Forget everything and start new.

Believe and put effort into the routine instead of mindlessly doing them. Say things like "my penis is getting bigger everyday" etc Command your penis to grow.

Two things. Firstly, I have a feeling that the whole process can be a bit like blowing up a party balloon for the first time- do you genuinely feel you have got to that point where you feel you have maybe gone further than you should of?

Try taking a zinc supplement regularly- after a meal, otherwise you will feel nauseous.

I also agree with the overtraining point. Take it easy for 2 weeks. If you have not had any gains, always start with Newbie Routine (I am 1.5 months in and already have some nice effects). I also live with my parents, so stealth PE is a necessity. I bought a coffee maker for my bathroom just to heat up the water, and for $12 it works very well.

Just take it easy, jelq at 60-80% (I like to vary C grip and overhand grip), keep relaxed, and enjoy the journey. Don’t try to beat up your dick too much, it won’t respond well. Increased EQ will be your first sign of progress. After that, you’ll have tuned in your technique. If you enjoy jelqing, consistency won’t be a problem.


Problem solving with fire.

For reference, I consider myself a hard gainer and I am still on the brink of over training with a single clamp set 3 days of the week. I have tried multiple clamp sets in a day before and it was way way too much, completely destroyed morning wood and sensitivity, just for starters.

I found this. Some people smoke and still get great gains but if your erection suffers, smoking might be the reason.

Smoking is hard on everything.

I can’t tell you to quit, but everything will work better in a few weeks if you do.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

I’d get a bath mate for girth. Its easy for stealth use and it will keep you motivated. Temp girth gains will help keep you focused on the long term goal
