A friend of mine, determined become one of the few, the proud, the 10inchers, has begun a new routine. 300 jelqs 3 times a day with no rest-days. Here’s the revelant part: he swears by ensuring he has a powerful erection at least once an hour, to “ensure blood runs through the organ for the entire day” (he runs his own company, so has plenty of time for such a plan).
He swears he feels great and while he’s only been doing it for a month with no obvious gains, he’s sure its the way to go. I’d be interested in eventually following in his footsteps/arm movements, but wanted to know if people thought this routine wouldn’t give enough time for healing or if it was a good idea (its basically an extreme version of the Group B Experiment I’m doing at this forum) worth experimenting with to achieve the ‘quick’ gains he hopes for.
