Hey guys,

Just wanted to share my joy and grief. Since getting into PE, I must say that I’ve enjoyed it emmensely. I’m the kind of person that let’s missed oppurtunity really eat away at me. So, not PEing once I figured out it was possible to grow my little buddy would have burned a hole in my head.

Since I started I’ve made what I consider to be huge flaccid gains and gains in erection quality, but I can’t gain one cm of erect girth to save my life. I’ve tried high intensity and low intensity routines involving jelqs and manual girth exercises with nothing much to show in the girth department aside what I’ve gained as a consequence of improved erection quality. I’ve been clamping for about a month now with no measurable gains in erect girth, BUT with about 1/3 - 1/2 gain in flaccid girth (I didn’t measure prior to starting out with the clamp because flaccid girth wasn’t my main goal). I’ve had comments about the increase in my flaccid size from two of the girls that I am currently open with about all things sexual (the benefits of being bisexual and girls opening up to guys they think are gay). Right now I get about 1/2-2/3 inch increase in MSEG while in the clamp, but all that is nowhere to be seen the next morning.

I admit that I am inherently negative and that I measure FAR too freqently. So I guess if you’re a fan of the “you must think it will grow in order for it to grow” theory, you could attribute it to that.

I have however made AT LEAST 1/2in EL gains (discluding any that can be attributed to erection quality). To me, this is ample incentive to continue with PE and is actually quite surprising when you consider how many people in this world believe that there is no possible way to increase penis size without surgery.

At the moment I’m considering if it is a good idea to add pumping to my current routine which includes clamping, ULIs and Horses along with 100 3sec low-intensity jelqs as a precursor to my workout.

I suppose I have an opinion based question for anyone who has clamped and/or pumped. Should I wait longer than 1 month to add pumping into my current routine (3on/1off 3x 10min clamp sets along with a ‘determined during workout’ number of ULIs and Horses)? Being that I’ve never pumped before, should I stop clamping and decondition prior to pumping and pump without clamping in my routine? Is it safe to add pumping into a routine that includes clamping if you’ve never pumped before?

Tell me, in detail, how you jelq. I believe the quality of people’s excercises directly correlates with how much they gain. People expect to gain JUST because they’re doing PE regardless of how well they do each individual jelq or second of stretching.

When I dry jelq, I use three second strokes with a kegel between each stroke as a bring the same hand back down to the base before reengaging the full tourniquet grip.

I agree entirely that the quality of the jelq had EVERYTHING to do with the final result. Trust me on that. I’ve been a fairly dedicated bodybuilder for the past four years and I know how much concern there should be for proper form and technique. I don’t know how to further explain how I jelq, I’ve experimented with various erection levels and various levels of grip tightness. I know for certain that I’m not under-doing it when dry jelqing because of the rather intense feeling of pressure within my shaft. That is to say, I know the difference between simply masturbating and thinking that I’m jelqing and actually doing it right.

I alternate hands every 10 strokes and jelq at an erection level that is at minimum 70%.

Aside from that.. I give you any more detail unless you’re watching me yanking on my hog.

I know nothing of your anatomy, only my own. I know for a fact that I gain more girth when I wet jelq; don’t ask me why, I just do. Wet jelqing allows me to get the most blood pushed up there, while dry jelqing leaves my skin just feeling irritated. Also, after a wet jelq session my dick is inflated a SIGNIFICANT amount more than if I dry jelq. Secondly, I’ve been experimenting with wet jelqing at 50percent or lower erection level (when your dick is soft enough that you can squeeze is almost to nothingness yet it still builds up A LOT of pressure. I’ve gotten significantly (measured it out too) more inflation of my dick after a PE session.

I find I have pretty much the same results with dry jelqing as you do with wet jelqing. With dry jelqing, I find I have a more controlled stroke and a better overall pump. The level of swelling is no where near what I get from clamping however. Regardless, I haven’t gained girth with either method. I might switch back to wet jelqs for a solid month and see how things go. I haven’t used them since the first two months of the newbie routine.

Are you using heat? I find directly applied heat throughout a clamp session to be the best way to see results.

Actually, I’m not. My routine is to clamp immediately after I shower in the morning… pretty much the only way I’m assured to get my sets in on most days because I live in a house with 4 other guys and we constantly have quests hanging out at out place.

After my clamping sets, I reheat using a rice sock. Are you a proponent of the IR lamp? If not, how do you maintain heat during clamping?

I never gained much EL until I started hanging, but I seemed to gain girth nonstop combining pumping with a cockring worn for at least five hours a day.

I really believe that “Healing in the stretched state” is the key to PE.

My wet jelqing lately has given me better expansion than my clamping ever did. Although my clamping never got me that great expansion for some reason.

I’ve got an IR lamp waiting for me, I just haven’t bothered to pick it up; currently, I use a heat pad and it always increases my clamped girth, and I think it’s helped me make my first - knocking on wood, praying to the PE gods - length gain via stretching.


Going for 6 inches of girth, wish me luck.
