PE side effects

With the exception of a couple very minor injuries I got when I didn’t know much about PE safety, I can’ t think of a single negative consequence of having done PE.

Well, I take that back. During the period of time I worked worked the hardest at it I probably gave up some social time. No regets there.

I can’t answer your question accurately the way you pose it but I can tell you that I came to PE _with_ ED. The exercises have, I think, turned my entire penile vascular system around in positive ways. Because of the type of ED I have, I’ll probably always need one of the drug crutches but my response time to them is very fast now and on lower dosages.

Size increase, btw, doesn’t impede your ability to get it up. Even with lots more cock volume than I had before PE, it still goes up very nicely.

Age 52 (for another 6 weeks).

3.5yrs of PE and gone from 6.25” (at best) to a generous 8.5”.Still at it (addicted?) and aiming for 9”.

No. Not at all. I had pretty bad ED when I started PE. Now I do not. My erections are very good for my age (52) and my sex drive has improved also. The only time I notice a problem with erections is when I over do it with the clamps or the pump. But even then all I have to do is take a day off and all is well.

Been doing it for a year and a half. My morning erections are a lot harder and I can perform a lot longer. This isn’t to say you can’t damage yourself - you can, however if you do it properly it’s very healthy.

Side-effects: I started to get pains in my hands from jelqing so much, some discolouration after a vein burst so I had to stop for a few months.

My dick now dips into the toilet bowl and I must compensate by sitting back or at an angle. This is very annoying but I would tie it in a knot if necessary to keep gaining.

The answer to your question is a resounding YES! I’ve been PE’ing for over 4 years. I never had any kind of ED problem when I began, and today I actually have more and better erections throughout both day and night. Plus, my cock’s a lot bigger. Viagra, cialis…are not necessary, but they are occasionally fun to use for recreational purposes.
