I’ve PE’d on and off for quite a while. Here are some of the CONs and PROs I’ve noticed.

Anxiety related ED. When I first started PEing (very start), I was anxious that I would somehow ruin my dick, and had a hard time getting an erection. I’m convinced that this was totally mental. Sometimes, I would just try to get an erection on the spot with zero arousal and become worried when I couldn’t get it up. After that, I stopped for a while and the erections came back as their was no longer anything to be worried about. When I started again, I always knew that I could stop anytime and thus had no anxiety about getting erections. I’ve never had a problem since. In fact, my erections have been better.
Turkey neck. When I started, I was using an aggressive jelq technique with lubrication. This resulted in turkey neck. My routine has changed, though. I generally don’t jelq anymore. I squeeze from the base (which is similar), and hang. I no longer have the turkey neck problem; it has dissappeared.
Shaft shaving. With increased size comes a greater need for skin. I’ve noticed that the skin is pulled from the surrounding area resulting in hair on the shaft. Still, I’m not sure this is even a negative, as I regularily groom my penis anyway, and the pulled hairline is a mark of progress.

A nicer flaccid hang. This is a wonderful benefit to the individual that’s just starting off. You have a longer, fuller dick when not arroused. It looks great hanging there, in underwear or in pants. It’s a good motivation to keep going! I’m considering doing some nude modelling as a result of this new size and would go to a nude beach in a second.
A bigger cock, which is the main goal of PE in the first place. With a good routine, I’ve noticed size increases in my dick (mostly length, but girth as well). Because the gains come slowly, and you’re forced to look at your dick with each exercise, it’s hard to see the actual change. I remember measuring over and over and over again, just trying to convince myself that I was measuring correctly and that I didn’t measure wrong in the beginning. The gains are both welcome and hard to believe!
Generally better erections. The vascular workout that you subject your penis to pays off in the form of harder erections. In addition to being harder, the erections are longer lasting.
Increased performance. There was a period in my life where I could go for literally hours. Then I fell in love and was so passionately involved in sex that I could only last for a few minutes. For some reason, regular PE resulted in increased sexual stamina. This is a benefit for me, because I enjoy having great sex where both me and my partner are enjoying ourselves.
Larger ejaculations. I’ve noticed that my ejaculations are larger with a post-PE’d wang. I’m not sure why this is. I certainly feel much sexier and more manly when I’m stroking with a big cock. Perhaps it’s a mental thing, or increased stimulation due to increased surface area. I’m not sure, but I lay thicker wads having PE’d.
A boost in self esteem. This is especially true if you’re self concious about your penis, but it goes beyond that. Like all goals that you set for yourself and reach, the benefit is not necessarily getting to the finish line, but having travelled the distance. It feels good to succeed or be on the path to success in a goal you’ve set for yourself.
It seems that just like good diet and regular exercise, the benefits of PE go well beyond the obvious reasons for starting.
