PE twice a day Vets, please comment
I’ve been doing PE for more than three months consistently, and I’m worried about hitting a plateau. I’ve followed the newbie routine to a T, but don’t want to do it for another month or two only to get no results. Tonight, I had an idea: Do the newbie routine, with 2 on and 1 off, but increase it to where on those 2 days on I do it *twice* a day. I was thinking that I could do the normal newbie routine before bed, go to sleep, wake up, and then do it again. I usually get 10 hours of sleep a night (I’m a lazy college student ;) ) and figured that might be enough recovery time, especially if I’ve somewhat conditioned after 3 months of good PEing.
I’m not going to follow through with my hypothesis until I hear some responses, but what do you guys think about this? On one hand I am a believer in “less is more”, but on the other hand I’m a believer in some of the gainers on this board who say that you shouldn’t let your penis retract/turtle. Overall, what do you guys think about doing the newbie routine twice a day, two days on and 1 day off? Of course I’d make sure I didn’t overdo it through discoloration or pain, but if I could do it twice a day without any negative PIs, would that be a good thing to do?
