PEing just a couple days a week
OK guys I have a problem, hoping you all can help me out. School has started once again and with being so busy I have less time to PE than normal. I was hoping to do around 30 minutes a night of PE, but I’m tired at the end of the day and normally just go to sleep because I need some rest. Now I have no time during the regular day either and my only real time is weekend nights. So is there any specific routines or ways to still gain some while only PEing twice or 3 times a week? Should I just do a lot of PE those nights? Because I was seeing good gains but now those have stopped because my PE has almost halted as well. Thanks for reading.
