I don’t like to take days off. I probably should but I don’t like to.

6 Days of stretching, 4-5 jelq.

Counting ADS, 7 days/week; not counting ADS, 5 days/week.

When I was hanging, my minimum goal was to always get in at least 40 sets per week. I typically did six, but sometimes seven days per week.

My current routine is clamping and dry jelqing. I’m finding that I get best result with one on, one off.

After going so long without gains, I never believed I would be able to make progress with such a small amount of work. Amazing. Hopefully it will continue.

I seldom get in 5 or 6 days of hanging but I never allow any days of no ADS. I think that’s why my gains have consistent and I haven’t plateaued.

I agree. I think a good ADS may be one of the keys to long-term hanging success.

If you don’t mind me asking:
How many set per week do you average?
What is your primary/target angle?
How many hour per day of ADS use do you average?
What is you LOT? What was it when you started?

4 to 5 days.

Stretching and ADS 7 days a week.

Jelqing every second day.

5 days a week pumping

And if I feel like it I will jelq in the shower on the weekends but I normally dont really care.

3 days + Kegel every off days

Routine —> 35 min of girth work + 20 min stretch.

I use my Penismaster at least 3-4 sets every day (60-90 min sets). Jelqing 5 days a week, M-F. Clamping on M, W, & F.

Well I’m glad that the average is five because that’s what I do.
