It led me to break a plateu and add a new bar lengthwise.

I never did any dedicated routine this way, I just observed that even at max extension I could still easily create a fulcrum with the cross bar.
I did manage to eek out another .25 inch in the past few months by adding fulcrum hanging, so although the contraption described was a april fool’s joke, I’m now a big fan of this fulcrum stuff! I thought I had hit the end of the road for gains.
