I assume it starts hurting after about 30 mins. Is the hurt similar to normal extender pain say after an hour or so? I’m interested in how it is affecting the circulation. For example does the dowel which presses on the dorsal hurt more than the one on the underneath.

It broke an extender plateau for me. It will for sure work for some as do other fulcrums work. I would only introduce it if normal newbie gaisn are over.
No info on girth gains. My routine is too diverse to determine a single cause.
It stretches on more points then without fulcrums. If I have the screws/tension on low then the hurt isnt big at all. just circulation issues obviously.
If I put the fuclrums in and turn up the tension it is way more intense then the same spring tension without fulcrum.
Hurt is relative but stronger then without fuclrum same time same spring tension.
I will always unstrap and regain circulation if im loosing it. I can bear the pain of a stretch but cant bear the pain of a numb glans.
