Penis Kegel's to the Right

My penis points to the right. When I kegel, my penis always moves to the right, it does not move up and down when I kegel but center to right and back. Would that mean my penis has a weakened chamber on the right side, or is it a shorter lig on the right?

I think shorter right lig could be the answer. But it’s nothing to be worried.
