permanent results?

Hi

I am wondering, are the results gained doing PE permanent? If you just stopped your routine would you keep the results you had gained, or do you still need to do some as a sort of maintenence?

PE gains are permanent for the most part. When you make a gain, you will need to do some form of exercise for a while after to “cement” the gain. The reason for this is unknown, but I believe it has much to do with lactin (a contractile protein) being used in the latter stages of collagenous tissue healing.
